Pros: Everything is pretty good, maybe a bit far from the train station but still walkable and reasonable considering the price and location.

We had a great stay at Mizunokatachi.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mizunokatachi. The only challenge was the 20-minute walk to Nishiarai Station, especially with our 3-year-old, but it was manageable. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. The apartment's minimalist design was refreshing, and it was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from extra tissue boxes to umbrellas, which came in handy during the snow and rain we experienced from February 26 to March 6. The attention to detail made our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the nearby 7-11 convenience store made our stay even more convenient, as we were able to easily pick up big bottles of water and obento whenever we needed them.

Cons: The place is quite far from the Train station. 20 mins walk or more than that depends if you have a child and one challenge was that there’s no elevator, so carrying our baggage up to the apartment was a bit tough.
