Pros: The location on this apartment is very good. Walking distance to both otsuka and shin otsuka station. You can grab one metro and be in Ueno or shinjuku which is great. The interior feels very new and modern. Very quiet neighborhood which was very appropriated. But close to restaurants and cafes and smaller supermarkets.

Cons: The water gas heater is located in front of the toilet which is not visable on the photos. So, everytime you use hot water it fires up. Making a very loud noice. You have to close the door to the bedroom from all the noice. Also keep in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor, and the stairs are not super wide. We used two outlets. Only one besides the one in the kitchen. I asked if they had an extension. But that was not possible apparently. The kitchen has the absolut minimum appliances for cooking.
