Good location, manageable with 4 adults. Would be a 9 if the rug was cleaned
Pros: Great location, nice apartment. We were 4, and although tight we managed just fine with 4 checked luggages.
Cons: Could be cleaned a bit more (specifically the rug)

Good apartment with great facilities and access
Pros: Located about 10 minutes from train station. Walk up there a bit hilly. There are convenience store and supermarket closed to the apartment. The neighborhood is nice, not too crowded like the popular area. I got issued when I wanted to check-in with the tablet provided, but when I contacted the landlord, they said it's okay, so all good. I booked for 3 persons, which is still okay (2 persons in bed, one person in floor). They have facilities like washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils. The clothes can be dried in the bathroom, just need to set the drier function.
Cons: Would be better if the refrigerator can be used

Great Location, nice apartment.
Pros: Location is super convenient. Many nearby shops for food and all the necessities, some late night eateries, 5mins walk to Otuska Station, 7mins walk to Shin-Otsuka Station, super easy to get around. Checking in, getting the key to the apartment is also straight forward. Place is good for family of 4max. Place is fitted with everthing you need. I strongly recommend this apartment, if you're looking to stay away from the busy cities like shibuya or shinjuku. The Otsuka JR station brings you to all the popular places.
Cons: Nothing much, except if they could provide more pillows, that'll be great. Also, the apartment could get a bit more cleaning, as it can be dusty. M.Otherwise, near to perfect.

Pros: Its a good location, only a few minutes to Otsuka Station. And its close to family mart, cafes & restaurants.
Cons: The facilities inside the room should be translate in English, so its easier for travellers to understand.

Nice and spacious stay for two
Pros: Spacious stay for two for Tokyo standards. Also enough facilities to your disposal for a travelstay for a few days. Adding to that it's located in a bit of a calmer area of Tokyo but still close to Ikebukuro. This could be seen as a negative by some but for us it was seen as nice. Plus enough arco to keep the place nice and cool, and there is an elevator so no need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Cons: Elevator had a weird smell.

Pros: The cloth drying system is really good. It is really fit with the family with small kids.
Cons: The vacuum cleaner is not that good and the dinner table is quite big so it is quite a work to move it for the floor mattresses.

Pros: Had a lot of room for the price, was a good distance from the train station and other amenities. Very clean and customer service was very friendly
Cons: If you have big heavy suitcases it IS up hill from Otsuka station, so it can be a little bit of a trek, other then that really no problems

Pros: Host very fast response and helpful. The building has elevator, very comfortable for family with kids and lugage. Near to the JR station, Sheijo Ishii, Lawson, Lawson 100, FamiMa, drugstore/pharmacy. Near to taxi stand if you need to take one. Kitchen and home appliance are top notch. For Moslem guest, there’s ZamZam mart, right beside the Unito.
Cons: We need english tutorial for using the washing machine. Bed is soft, not too comfortable for spine and tailbone. But still, we slept like baby. :)

Perfect for families and small groups
Pros: 4 mins walk from JR Otsuka station - very convenient Located in a safe & quiet neighborhood away from crowdiness & train noise yet restaurants, convenient stores & shopping mall (there's even a small Donki & bookstore that opens 24 hrs!) are just steps away Apartment is relatively clean & spacious with most amenity provided (bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste), love the home-like vibe Lots of shelf space to place our belongings and purchases The dining table & standard-size fridge allowed our family of 4 to enjoy breakfast and late night snacks at ease. Had we stayed in a hotel we would have to limit our purchase of dessert, fruit & bento boxes from so many nice stores out there Staff responded to our questions promptly
Cons: Small glitch - ipad showed error upon checking in & out, had to message staff to complete the procedure Minor flaw - dead bug spotted beneath bathroom sink cabinet, small blood stain on one of the foldable mattreses; otherwise beddings, towels and general areas are very clean
