Pros: The location is prefect. Silent place in a busy street. It had small kitchen and washing machine. There is a sophisticated bathroom exhaust which can act as a exhaust fan, dehumidifier, and a heater.You would get cold while having bath.

Cons: I had stayed there for 7 nights. However trash bags and toilet papers were not enough. I had to contact the owner. Batteries in the TV remote were too weak. I had to use mine.

Pros: I like the location. Tons of restaurants around, the accommodation tucked in a little corner. Provided with everything you need. Good if you're travelling solo or a couple.

Cons: The place was rather small but can't complain much with all the necessary facilities and nearby Shinjuku and Kabukicho location

Pros: the apartment is cozy with everything you need, and with a very good location in the Sinjuku area, 5 minutes by metro, laundry, restaurants. Thanks a lot

Great location at a fair price.

Pros: Great location. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is close to so many transportation options and things to do. All of the benefits of staying in Shinjuku without any of the chaos. The washing machine was convenient and the room is decently sized.

Cons: There was a sewage-like odor that emanated from the bathroom in my room. I had to make sure to keep the door closed and buy air freshener to keep the room from smelling.

Pros: Posizione davvero perfetto e camera grande, molto comoda!

Pros: Posizione ottima, lontana dal caos ma vicino alle fermate della metro. Stanza pulita e comoda. Lavatrice e sistema di asciugatura nella doccia molto comodo.

Pros: 床跟棉被非常舒服，本來說無法提前放置行李，不過當天也讓我提早check-in，讓我省下了一些時間，附近有很多超商超市藥妝店，而且有幾家都開到很晚，買東西很方便。

Cons: 棉被套有點發黃，但還能接受，住一樓偶爾會聽到樓上腳步聲，或是隔壁說話聲，不過這種小型木造住宅大概就是這樣。

Pros: La ubicación es excepcional si quieres estar cerca de shinjuku. La habitación es suficientemente espaciosa.

Cons: La cama y el baño no son tan cómodos.

Pros: Ottima posizione a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal quartiere Shinjuku. Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale

Cons: Il bagno molto piccolo e lavandino quasi inesistente

Pros: Établissement idéalement situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre de Shinjuku et accès facile aux autres quartiers. Propriétaire de l’établissement très gentil, sympathique et disponible pour ses hôtes. Chambre idéale avec coin cuisine, frigo, espace sous le lit pour ranger ses bagages et au-dessus également
