Great place

Pros: Good location with all amenities needed for a stay.

Cons: Stairs were rather small for luggages.

Worth every dollar. Would definitely recommend this place, and would come back to stay again.

Pros: Location was superb. Facilities were nice and clean. Super easy to enter. Price was very fair.

Cons: Towels and bedsheet had small stains. Looked like makeup stains. Lipstick or blush. Definitely not me since im a guy and I brought no one over.

Pros: The property was modern and very clean. It had all the equipments needed : kitchen, bathroom, toilets and a room. Everything was well organized. Also the location was perfect, it was only a 10 minutes walk to Ikebukuro station from where you can take all the lines to explore Tokyo. There’s lang restaurants and convenient stores around as well as shopping stores.

Pros: Location was good, not too far from the station and near to a lot of food outlets. Neighbourhood was very quiet and nice to stay in; no rowdiness from the surrounding neighbours. It was also close to my office.

Cons: The check-in process might be a bit confusing for people who are not used to Airbnb-style accomodations. Also the fact that there is no lift for luggage might be a turn off for some, especially if need to bring multiple heavy luggages up the narrow flights of stairs.

Perfect Location in Ikebukuro

Pros: Great location in Ikebukuro as within walking distance to the Restaurants/bars. The main station is roughly a 10 min walk ad make sure you take the correct exit as it's very big and can get lost. The host provided the details to collect the key with door code access an was very helpful with our questions.

Cons: We book the room for 3 people as I find it cramped for 3 but perfect for 2 people. the single sofa bed was small.

A small apartment for a family of four (14yo and 11yo sons) but lovely, clean, tidy and very quiet.

Pros: A short walk from Ikebukuro Station. A short walk to Sunshine City and main streets of Ikebukuro. Quiet area. Relatively easy to find. Very clean and tidy inside. Washing machine was handy, bathroom turns into a big dryer! Great kitchen.

Cons: A bit of a squeeze for family of four. Very small apartment but still lovely.

Pros: Clear instructions from hosts making it very easy to arrive and get keys. Well located, only a few minutes walk from centre of Ikebukuro (which has links to different train lines) and many convenience stores near by. There is a lovely big park (Minami-Ikebukuro Park) a few minutes away, which is great for kids! Also has Blue Bottle coffee shop near that park too for the adults. Very helpful having laundry, but I absolutely loved the drying function in the bathroom, which dried out most of our clothes overnight.

Pros: The stay is good and affordable. It's a bit small but then again as per tokyo standards it was enough 🤣.we had an amazing stay here. the location is perfect for going around ikebukuro. we had a great stay here and it was the perfect location for our first few days in Tokyo. it's not as crowded as Shinjuku and Shibuya but we can reach any place from here. All amenities were available right from the laundry to kitchen stove. absolutely had the best stay here. if you want something in budget but also ticks all the boxes do stay in ikebukuro and g stage 01.

Cons: the steps to the rooms above on 2nd floor are very small and lugging the luggage upstairs becomes a hassle. lucky we were not carrying heavy luggage so we managed somehow.

Pleasant and welcoming, it made my first trip to Tokyo very comfortable.

Pros: Quite spacious for a place in Japan, I liked that it was near Sunshine City and other big amenities.

Cons: Had to carry our luggage up 3 stories since there are no elevators
