Great room/facilities although the service needs improvement

Pros: The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was exceptionally clean (which was really important to me). The room temperature was adjustable and they have a humidifier which was good for winter conditions. The common table was great for my friends and I because we chat alot. I really liked that they provided free coffee/tea pods and they even have a water dispenser in the lobby.

Cons: Firstly, the most alarming thing about the stay was the fact that we once found a male staff visiting our floor at 12am! We were on the 8th floor which had only one room and we weren't sure exactly what he was doing on our floor, perhaps he was doing some general house keeping (and I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt). He quickly left our floor after we opened our front door to ask what he was doing. However, knowing that the staff had keycard access to our room certainly wasn't very reassuring. I can only imagine how it would make some guests feel uncomfortable/unsafe especially if they were staying alone. Perhaps it would be wise to ask all staff members to avoid visiting different floors after a certain timing. Although the stay provides daily room cleaning, they weren't done properly sometimes. There were times when I came back to a room where the blankets weren't folded properly and the trash bins wasn't emptied. Once, we came back to trash/dirty towels thrown in the elevator and infront of our bedroom door.

Spacious, modern and comfortable

Pros: Great location just a short minute’s walk away from Asakusabashi station (we took exit 3 which has escalators), ample amenities, multiple power points and toiletries (hair milk, body milk, far more than usually provided). Loved everything about the hotel. It was modern and well-equipped and spacious. There are several supermarkets and some eateries nearby. There were 4 of us with large luggages and we didn’t feel cramped. The luggage storage space was also very secure. This hotel is on par or even better than Mimaru. We also made use of the washer dryer which was very convenient. The amenities bar downstairs made it easy to restock items we needed. Kitchen was also fully equipped, with a full-sized fridge so you could if you want, though we didn’t. There’s balmuda ovens and a rice cooker. Tablewares were also complete.

Cons: Nothing! If I had to nitpick, I’d say I wish the door to the shower room is not transparent so that someone can take a shower while other people get ready in the powder/laundry area.

Pros: The bed was huge and comfortable. My hotel room conveniently had its own washing machine so I didn't have to wait as I wasn't sharing it with other guests staying at the hotel. The room itself was spacious enough for me to be able to unpack and repack my luggage.

Cons: I found hairs underneath the blanket on my mattress. I notified the hotel staff and they had all of the sheets and pillow cases changed right away which I appreciated. The washing machine didn't have English instructions and the hotel staff member who is French couldn't decipher it for me either. Thank goodness for chat gpt.

Pros: Everything is absolutely amazing! Can highly recommend!

A clean, convenient stay that worked well for our family

Pros: The property is very conveniently located, just steps from Asakusabashi Station, convenience stores, and Yamato Transport. It’s clean and a good size for a family of five. The best part is having both a washing machine and dryer. There’s a 24-hour front desk, and they can receive parcels and store luggage for you

Cons: The front desk is listed as 24-hour, but staff are often not present, which can be inconvenient if you need immediate help.

I love it and will definitely be back. Possibly my fav hotel in Tokyo now!

Pros: Clean and new Washing machine and dryer Bathtub looks new! Big room

Cons: Housekeeping is minimal. Only 1)Clear rubbish 2)cover blanket over bed.No making of bed. Mattress is very hard. But all small issues. Overall still very good hotel.

Pros: Newly designed Hotel apartments. Neat and clean. And near to train station.

Top notch spot in Tokyo

Pros: Incredibly functional and well thought out apartment that is a pleasure to stay in. Clean, with everything thought of including a washing machine and a dryer, a top notch bath, usb/usb-c ports next to all beds and many more. Location is also fantastic, right next to a station and lots of restaurants, but not loud at all.

Cons: Can't find one such thing

Pros: The room is cute, clean and comfy. The room size is relatively bigger compared to standard room size in Japan.
