Worth the money. Great for family.

Pros: Clean, good facilities, good location, comfy bed, worked great for two adults and a baby as she couldn’t roll off the bed and had lots of space. I would recommend this to a small family.

Cons: Very small things and not a huge problem, Washing machine didn’t dry clothes very well and there’s a lot of light from curtains in the morning.

Spacious and convenient with room for improvement

Pros: I recently stayed at this accommodation and was pleased to find it exactly as shown in the pictures. The space is roomy and comfortable, situated in a nice, quiet area. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the train station, which is convenient. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and communication with the host was excellent—responses were quick and helpful. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement!

Cons: I did notice a few missing amenities. A drying rack for clothes would be especially helpful during the colder months, as well as an iron, coffee cups, and extra towels for longer stays.

Pros: The place was big enough for 3 people. It was cozy and homy.

Cons: It is quite a walk from Ikebukuro station.

Great place for a group stay

Pros: Place was very clean, they also provided necessities. Host was friendly and responsive.

Cons: The location was a bit of a walk to nearest Ikebukuro Station.

Pros: 这家民宿位置非常方便，周边生活设施齐全，交通也很便利。房间干净整洁，布置温馨，入住体验非常舒适。房东非常热情，沟通及时。整体来说性价比很高，下次来还会选择这里，也会推荐给朋友。

Pros: El momento en el que entras por primera vez te sorprende su orden, limpieza y decoración. Las camas fueron muy cómodas para dormir, cuenta con artículos de cocina y electrodomésticos necesarios para facilitarte preparar comida o lavar ropa. La ubicación también es exelente debido a su cercanía al metro y a tiendas de conveniencia

Cons: Comenté que encontré limpio el apartamento pero desafortunadamente había cucarachas, no puedo decir que era una plaga pero en las dos noches que estuve vi dos de ellas, el baño es muy reducido de espacio, y talvez podrían agregar una plancha para ropa

快適に過ごせました

Pros: シンプルなお部屋でしたが、ベッドだと腰が痛くなったりするので、畳の小上がりにお布団が敷かれているこのお部屋のスタイルは快適でした。

Cons: 時計が動いていなくて、TVも地上波放送が映らなかったので時間がよく分からずちょっと不便でした。でも、一通り家電も備え付けてあって宿泊施設にしては冷蔵庫も大きかったので助かりました。

除了距離問題，其實還會想入住

Pros: 房間內裝潢簡潔清晰，空間也不會太小，應有的設備都有，讓我們睡的很舒適，設備使用上都不錯，退房後也讓我們寄放行李到隔天，連絡的人員都很好溝通

Cons: 距離池袋站是有點距離，但也是差不多7-10分鐘
