Perfect location

Pros: Everyrhing required for a short stay for 2 people in Tokyo

Cons: Perhaps a small drier with the washing machine

Pros: Visiting from Taiwan, we found the location was incredibly convenient! It’s just a few minutes' walk to the station. The area is lively, with plenty of restaurants and drugstores nearby, but you don't need to worry about noise at night—it was actually very quiet and easy to sleep. The room was also very clean and felt like a little apartment. It even had a microwave, which was super handy! Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Pros: Very spacious compared to many hotels in Tokyo. Clean and comfy. Bathroom is spacious too. Staff were very helpful and responsive. And they helped me a lot when I wanted to ship my luggage to Osaka. Location also is very nice at the Korean street and very close to Shin Okubu station which is on JR line. Easy to go anywhere from there. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again.

Cons: The only downside for me was the washing machine. It doesn't have a drying feature and the room didn't have any drying racks to hang washed clothes. So for me, it was pretty much useless. I had a baby and we needed to wash his clothes daily. I hope they either change washing machine model or arrange a drying rack as an improvement to the room.

Pros: Loved self check in and the door code made it easy to come and go for multiple people throughout the day. Location was great, on a bustling street but still quiet in the room, super close to good train line/ station. Also insulation was great - stayed n winter and it was super warm inside the room without heating.

Cons: The lamp on the desk didn't work, and the overhead light was a terrible bright white colour.

Pros: Exceed my expectation, everything looks new, clean. A comfy stay for me.

Good stay at nice location

Pros: The location was ideal! Just 1 minute away from the metro station. To places like Golden gai and other bars is a 20 minute walk. Also i was surprised it was in a Korean area of town! (i didnt mind). You can do self check in and the owner will send you the information. Location is easy to find. I had no problems with noise, was nice and quiet. I liked the bed and bathroom.

Cons: The only thing is that its kind of humid. Especially after taking a shower. The window will be condensed and the door can slide open a little bit. Also not that much daylight.

Amazing apartment and location

Pros: The apartment was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very cozy and the apartment had everything you needed. The location is incredible! There is so much to do and so much to see. The host was very helpful and friendly and it was very easy to communicate with them. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: It’s a small apartment so it’s bigger than an average hotel room in Tokyo. But it also doesn’t have the same service, no cleaning but you can ask for new towels at their office. The location is perfect, 3 mn walk to the station, a 7 eleven just across the road, plenty of Korean restaurants around and a short walk to shinjuku station. Rooms are well soundproofed as we didn’t hear anything, it was very quiet. AC works well. We liked our stay here

Cons: I think the cleaning is done too quickly between two guests, it’s ok but if you look well around you see lots of moisture here and there.

Great location, affordable price.

Pros: Amazing location. Easy to access. Host was responsive to enquiries. Good amenities included with room.

Cons: Windows became very misty with condensation (1st room). Weird smell from one of the washing machines (2nd room).

Pros: Location is just perfect. Easy to find, easy to get in.
