K&M Heights - Vacation STAY 32213v

Pros: This is the best place I have stayed in Tokyo at this price. The space is spacious, well-proportioned, not cramped, and has complete facilities. The caretaker is helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent stay, close to station and convenient store

Pros: I like that they have a washing machine, outside terrace to hang clothes, tv, shower with hot water, it is close to Togoshi Station. We have some information of what areas close to the property like train stations and convenient stores. Host was also very accomodating to allow us to check in earlier.

Cons: Bit confusing on the location of the property as we didn’t know there are other K&M Heights with different version. Entrance was not clear. Maybe a picture of the entrance would be good. Probably the garbage info too, maybe some picture of what garbage goes which can. We saw late there are two other garbage containers for burnable and non burnable. Would be nice if there are two big containers with specific drawings of what is burnable and what is not. We only knew the plastic drink bottles are non burnable because of the apartment we came from Osaka. Also the instruction says sort the garbage with not really sure how to sort. But other instructions was good.

Great apartment and location

Pros: Great apartment with all the necessary amenities for a family of four. In a residential area very close to a train station, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

K& M Heights Togoshi Highly Recommended

Pros: The apartment felt like a proper home. Very clean and all the amenities we could want. We also loved the location. A lovely quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park close by and also the Togoshi-Ginza very handy. Great little restaurants there. The accomodation manager was so delightful, courteous and friendly and even helped with our bags as we were leaving . Couldn't ask for more! A lovely way to end our trip.

Cons: There was nothing to not like

Pros: Near Togoshi St and Togoshi Koen St, very easy from airports, near minimarkets and supermarkets, the management is very cooperative and helpful

overall good value for money stay.

Pros: Good Room size. The apartment is easy to find and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The location is abit of a walk from metro station but is close to the Togoshi Ginza Shopping streat. overall good value for money stay.

Cons: The apartment does not have lift. Would be a challenge to carry luggage up higher floors.

Pros: L’appartement est conforme aux photos, il est situé à côté de petits commerces et à 5 minutes du métro. Lits très confortables, appartement très calme.

A comfortable and well equipped apartment in a good location close to the train and shopping.

Pros: Good proximity to the train, well equipped, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was seamless and we appreciated the binder with lots of information and recommendations. Convenience stores are close by.

Schönes, gemütliches Appartment

Pros: Schön geschnittenes Apartment, praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Der/die Vermieter waren sehr nett, gut organisiert und auch gut erreichbar. Gute Lage, 3 Bahnhöfe fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons: Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - ein größeres Waschbecken wäre schön gewesen, aber kein Muss.
