Pros: The host Mie-san was very friendly and had a binder full of information and popular spots. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy.

Pretty great place but with terrible internet

Pros: Awesome location (multiple stores and a great ramen place, close to a good train station). Had all the necessities available. Very comfortable and supportive beds! Powerful AC.

Cons: Really bad: the internet connection is unacceptably bad. It often drops completely and the speed is poor as well. If you cannot always rely on mobile data, I honestly think you should not choose this booking. Other annoyances: - the bathroom sink is tiny, tucked into a corner, and its mirror is low - no spare garbage bags (or at least we couldn't find them)

Pros: Nice and homey vibe in the apartment. The owners were so kind to let us get our packages delivered to their address.

Pros: ชอบทำเลที่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ ทำให้การเดินทางสะดวกสบาย ใกล้แหล่งช็อปปิ้งซึ่งมีสินค้าอุปโภค บริโภคครบครัน มีร้านอาหารอร่อยหลากหลายให้เลือกรับประทาน เจ้าของที่พักอัธยาศัยดีมากและอาศัยอยู่ใกล้ที่พัก ทำให้ช่วยแก้ปัญหาได้รวดเร็ว

Cons: 1.เตียงนอนและชุดเครื่องนอนมีสีเข้ม สภาพค่อนข้างเก่า ดูไม่ค่อยสะอาดและไม่น่านอน มีกลิ่นเหม็นที่ทำให้นอนไม่หลับในคืนแรก จึงโทรศัพท์แจ้งเจ้าของบ้านให้เปลี่ยนชุดเครื่องนอนใหม่ ซึ่งโชคดีที่เจ้าของบ้านได้เร่งรีบดำเนินการแก้ไขให้ทันที ดังนั้น จึงขอแนะนำให้เปลี่ยนเป็นชุดเครื่องนอนใหม่เป็นสีขาวทั้งหมดเช่นเดียวกับโรงแรม และส่งซักอบแห้งฆ่าเชื้อโรคใหม่ทุกครั้งเมื่อมีผู้มาเข้าพักใหม่ เพราะการนอนไม่หลับและความไม่สะอาดเป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพของผู้เข้าพักอย่างยิ่ง 2.พื้นห้องสุขาดูเก่าและไม่ค่อยสะอาด ควรทำพื้นใหม่ มีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์จากท่อน้ำในบางครั้ง

Very nice

Pros: Comfortable accomodation as described and in photos. Very convenient location that is less than 10m walk to Togoshi Station which is 1 stop away from Gotanda on the Yamonote line. 7-11 around the corner 2m walk away. We arrived from Narita Airport and took the Narita Express to Shibuya and from there a taxi to the accomodation which was approx $20. Ask the owner for the address in Japanese if you are taking a taxi there.

Cons: Perhaps an instruction guide for where to turn on the hot water fir guests unfamiliar with Japan - we found it eventually on the wall in the kitchen area.
