Cozy apartment in a quiet area.

Pros: Comfortable apartment with cooking facilities, near the train station, and very helpful reception staff.

Superb staff with excellent communication.

Pros: 10mins walk to Station. Very quiet neighbourhood. Room top view is nice. Staff arranged transport to Narita Airport with fair price.

Cons: Just next to railway so it is noisy till the train ended the service around midnight. Detergent finished when we tried to wash our laundry 😞 at night

Pros: Elevator after 1st floor stairs. Quiet neighbourhood but far from the centre of tokyo ~ 1 hour train ride and it’s usually very busy but close to Ueno which is nice. Rooftop has a good view worth checking out.

Cons: Beds were a little bit hard but nothing major.

Pros: The property is located in a quiet street. It’s clean and comfortable with 2 spacious rooms and a sitting area for guests to move around.

Cons: It’s about 25 to 30 minutes to get from the train station to the property- quite a long walk, especially after a day of sightseeing.

Quiet Location, Comfortable Stay

Pros: It's located in a quiet residential area which was a blessing to come back to after a busy day and night in the city. The check-in process was simple with someone there to greet us at 9pm. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Senjuohashi station. The quiet time 10pm-10am meant it was easy to get some rest.

Cons: Their booking system automatically assigned us a room change in a 4-day stay which we weren't notified of until only a couple of days before our arrival. This made things a little tricky, however, the process was hassle-free... we left our packed bags in the room and they were in our new room when we returned for the day. I'd suggest contacting ahead of time to make sure. One bed was very plush, the other was much firmer. The bathroom is especially low, it was difficult to wash your head without sitting in the bath. Pros: Spotlessly clean apartment in a convenient location. Air con worked well and beds were very comfortable. Perfect for our family of four.

Cons: Tiny bathroom but manageable

Pros: The apartment was nice with all the necessary facilities. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We liked that it was in a residential area, and we didn't mind having a bit of a walk to the nearest station. Having a washing machine was great, and having the option to dry the clothes outside on the line.

Cons: It would be nice to have an english cheat sheet on how to use the different washing machines, got there in the end, but took us a while.

The apartment is very cozy, in calm residential area. The location is perfect.

Pros: The location is near the city center, very close to train station. There are shopping mall, shops and restaurants nearby. Beds are very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and patient. Due to jet lag we totally messed up the checkout time and almost missed our next flight and he was very helpful to us. Thanks again!
