Great little place

Pros: The unit was clean and had everything we needed and was close to train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. The beds were so comfortable and the shower pressure amazing.

Cons: The building is under renovation. As long as you arent staying in the building all day, it is no issue.

Newly renovated, good location.

Pros: Very clean, recently renovated. The shower and toilet were very good. Good location (short walk to Shinjuku station). Easy check-in and check-out process. There were renovations happening in the same building and same floor, but this did not bother us as we were out by the time most of the noise was happening.

Cons: This is just nitpicking (honestly the place was very good value for money and great location) but the bath towels are a weird microfiber material. It also would have been good if a bath mat and hand towels were provided.

Amazing price, amazing location, large bathroom/shower incredible value for money.

Pros: No check in required, keys ready at the door to our room with a passcode that was emailed to us. Clean new room. Perfect location for your time in shinjuku at an unbeatable price. DO NOT pay attention to negative reviews, this place is great! They even left us a gift at our door to apologize for construction going on, which we never heard because we spent our days exploring the city

Cons: Obviously there's some stairs to go up like some people commented, but is walking up a couple flights of stairs really that difficult? No not at all. Maybe if you're 80+ years old, in which case shinjuku is not where you want to stay anyway

Pros: Good beds, quite spacious for an apartment in Tokyo. Shower and toilet were nice.

Cons: Stairs were a slight pain to lug a suitcase up and down.

Pros: Quaint room. Perfect for the 3 of us. Separate toilet and shower with heated seats. Hot water and kitchenette. We only had an overnight stay on arrival into Tokyo so was perfect for our needs. 10mins walk to Shinjuku station for us to get to Hakuba next day

Cons: You can hear people talk outside very clearly. But other than that, it was a very nice stay.

値段以上の満足感がある、とてもコスパの良い宿でした。

Pros: 低予算でこんなに快適に過ごせるとは思っていませんでした！部屋は清潔で広さも十分、設備も必要十分。立地も便利で、アクセスが良く観光や移動にとても助かりました。ホストの対応も丁寧で親切、おかげで滞在中とても安心できました。値段以上の満足感があり、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。
