Pros: Siisti, hyvä varustelu ja sängyt. Hyvä avainratkaisu ryhmää ajatellen.

Cons: Ei oikein lämmennyt ilmalämpöpumpulla. Rakennustyömaa vastapäätä. Mutta toisaalta emme olleen siinä juuri päiväsaikaan.

Pros: ห้องกว้าง สะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกใช้ได้ดี ใกล้ Subway

Cons: ห้องอยู่ชั้น 4 ถ้ามีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่จะลำบากมาก เพราะไม่มีลิฟ

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and clean. Big enough for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We loved that check-in and check-out was an easy process. Code for the door is given on the morning of your reservation. It was easy to keep in contact with the host through the Booking.com app by message; they were very prompt in answering any questions we had. The location is not too far from Shinjuku station, it took us maybe 10-15 minutes with our 2 kids. There are also many restaurants and stores nearby. There is also a FamilyMart that is located just down the street. We got our breakfast from there the entirety of our stay.

Cons: Not a deal breaker for us, but it is good to be aware that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and you will have to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach it. During our stay, a building directly across the street from the apartment was being demolished. Didn't bother us too much as we were gone during the day but it was a little annoying when we had to do laundry but could not put the clothing rack out to dry because of the dust in the air. It would have been nice to at least be aware of it prior to our stay. For tall people: The lights in the room hang really low. My husband, who is 6ft, had to be careful walking around the room or else he might hit his head. I didn't have much problem walking around, as I'm only 5ft tall but I did need to be careful about stretching or lifting things up. This might also be a concern for those with children too, as mine could easily touch the light fixture while standing on the bed, although they knew better not to. Also for families: night life in the surrounding areas is lively. There are bunch of bars down the street from the apartment and a good amount of people hanging out in the streets. We didn't feel unsafe in our immediate area. People are just enjoying themselves after a long day. Although sometimes you could hear some people walking past outside that were loud but it wasn't too bothersome for us. Just thought it would be something good to note for those staying with kids.

Pros: 地理位置佳，住宿區位於住宅區很安靜，巷口就有全家便利商店，再往大路的巷口走有很多餐廳。從新宿南口巴士站走到住宿，清晨路上沒人徒步可以快一點15-20分鐘，慢一點30分鐘，尤其是遇到街道人潮多時會需要多花點時間。房間很適合四人(兩張雙人床)，空間很舒服；五人也可以，只是沙發床打開後，空間會比較擠一點。廁所和浴室分開，這樣方便許多。

Cons: 雙人床墊有點過軟、床上方的燈比較低個子高的會有點容易撞到。
