Love it

Pros: It was very clean. A comfortable bed. The owner quickly got in touch. The check-in was convenient and affordable.

Cons: Stylish, clean and comfortable

Pros: Great location, with the metro a couple of mins. away. The apartment is well equipped and very quiet for central Tokyo.

Cons: The pin for the elevator and room access and lack of 24h reception.

Nice, clean and well designed apartment

Pros: It's not far from Haneda airport maybe 15-20 minute taxi ride. Very clean, well maintained and nicely designed. Bed was comfortable as were the mattresses on the floor in the second bedroom which I utilised for 3 nights and never had aches or pains waking up. Very fair price for accommodation. Check in was also smooth and easy. Family Mart is right out the front of the apartment which is super convenient and a 7-11 is also across and down the street.

Cons: No lift/ elevator. Stairs are on the outside to get up to apartments on levels 2 and 3. Can feel a bit sketchy walking suitcases up and down them especially if it has or is raining like it was for us when we checked in a few days ago. The closest station is approximately 1.5kms away

It was a nice stay, very clean and relaxing

Pros: There was a familymart next to the appartment. We had a washing machine with dry function and a good shower. Also nice was the fact we had room to put our clothes and put the luggage out of the way.

Cons: We were on the third floor and there was no elevator, the stairs to go up are also outside. With heavy luggage to carry when you're tired from a 17h flight is a bit difficult 😅. The room with the bed had noise from the street.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The hotel is very convenient for quickly reaching the airport, and the area is well served. The staff is very efficient and friendly Thank you very much

Pros: I went during Tokyo Auto Week and I traveled by Car, it was the perfect location if you're into Car Culture, 10mins from the Airport, 15mins to Daikoku, 20mins from Shibuya, 20mins to Umihotaru and many more. They didn't charge extra for parking unlike a normal hotel and the parking was spacious enough for 2-3 Cars. Communication with the host is easy which made me feel at ease during my stay. I had 0 issues staying here and will definitely try to stay here again on my next visit.

Cons: Please check the status of the Shampoos and Conditioner prior to guest arrival. I had a low-to-none amount of conditioner when I arrrived in my room.

Pros: Отличная квартира. Бесконтакное заселение. Чисто, невероятно уютно. Мы провели чудесный вечер. Рядом familymart. Если у вас прилет- отлет из Ханеда- аэропорт- невероятно удобный стильный вариант. От метро близко. От центра возможно далековато, но прямая ветка и отличная цена может примирить вас с расстоянием.

もう一度利用したいと思える良いホテルです！

Pros: 写真のイメージ通り，とても明るく綺麗なお部屋でした！ オーナーさんも問い合わせに親切に対応してくださり安心できました。

Cons: 細かなところですが，洗濯機やシンクのホコリや汚れが目立ちました。

また利用したいと思えるくらい快適に時間を過ごせました。Thank you!!

Pros: ・部屋が広くて丁寧に清掃してあった。 ・ハンドソープや食器用・洗濯用洗剤が備え付けられていたので、滞在中に衣類を洗濯できた。 ・食器や調理器具類も一通り置いてあった。 ・ベッドが広くて寝心地がよかった。 ・いろいろな種類の照明があったので時間帯や気分によって部屋の明るさを調整できた。

Cons: ・外階段で3階まで上がることになったため、キャリーケースを上まで持ち運ぶのが大変だった。 ・駅から思ったより遠く、徒歩で15~20分程度は考えておく必要がある点。 ・食器を洗った後のふきんがなく、自然乾燥のため時間がかかった点。 ・長期滞在(5泊~)を考えたときにテレビがない点。ただ、今回は滞在日数が短く、デジタルデトックスできたのでよかった。 ・道路に面しているので、寝室が割とうるさく耳栓があった方がよく寝れると思う。
