Pros: It was clean, staff were friendly and it was located in a great spot. Amazing teppanyaki place around the corner as well.

Cons: The beds were rock hard. I woke up sore every morning.

Cozy little place in a quiet area

Pros: We needed a place to stay for one night, near Haneda airport and this was perfect. From the train station it was just a 10-15 minute walk. Even though we stayed for just one night, I would say that the place is a good choice for a longer leisure since it has all the facilities needed: private bathroom, washing machine, AC, etc. The windows don't have to much noise cancelling, but the apartment is in a quiet area, nobody will bother your peace. Close to the apartment there are stores and restaurants. Our alarm didn't go off in the morning and the host was kind enough and understanding with our slightly late delay.

Cons: One minor thing, but I wouldn't subtract any points for this: the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, just a narrow staircase.

Cons: No elevator in the building. The room is located on the 4th floor with narrow stairs. You may need to reconsider if you stay with big luggage.
