Great place to stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Great location, stunning views. Breakfast was excellent!

Cons: When we first checked in the room wasn’t very clean, I spoke to the staff at reception and they took care of everything straight away. They were very friendly and helpful!

Great location but elevators

Pros: The view and location. The room we booked was also bigger than we expected.

Cons: No staff is present on the ground floor lobby. While guests require a key card to access hotel floors, strangers can easily slip into the elevator with them to enter. May be a little unsafe for solo female travellers. I did notice the elevators do also stop on floor 20 every time. I wonder if this is because of it?

Pros: Location , room with 2 small double beds on 23 rd floor had fantastic views.

Cons: Paper and plastic cups for drinks at breakfast not environmentally friendly.

Great short stay for transport

Pros: Very close to Ueno station. Big enough for all our suitcases and gear. Comfy bed after a day of walking. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was sufficient but very Japanese (which we didn’t mind but if you want western options then might be limited. Great for a one night stay!

Cons: Not the properties fault obviously but I didn’t realise it was on the 20th floor of a building and I have a fear of heights haha

A wonderfully convenient stay with an unforgettable Skytree view.

Pros: The location was fantastic, it just steps from both Okachimachi and Ueno stations, making every day’s itinerary easy. The view was absolutely stunning, especially at night with the Skytree right outside our window. The value is a solid 10/10. Having a 7-11 downstairs was extremely convenient, and there were plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Getting to Narita was also easy, with the Skyliner station only about 10 minutes away.

Cons: Nothing major. The room was a bit small (which is normal in Tokyo), but the space could have been used more efficiently (for example, being able to store suitcases under the bed would have helped, but the solid bed base made that impossible).

good viev, spacious and nice rooms and convenient location

Pros: Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Location was convenient . I did not have breakfast there. I would stay there again.

Cons: I basically liked everything. No complaints at all.

Convenient location in Tokyo with amazing view

Pros: We chose the property as our last night before flying home, it was convenient to Skyliner to the Narita airport. The view from the room was incredible!

Cons: The space was small, but that is pretty normal in Tokyo.
