Asakusa Eight -Tokyo Condominium Hotel-

A good central location between Ueno and Asakusa. The sleeping arrangement was very fun and the shower hot!

Pros: Bigger than we expected from the photos. Bedding arrangement is great with the little bed cubicles in the sleeping area.

Cons: It’s a hike from a train station. Doable but a long walk with luggage.

Travel With family, book this apartment.

Pros: The bunk beds. Kids like them the most. The layout of the house is fantastic. Two toilets and one shower room. Perfect for family. They are eateries around the neighborhood. Check out The street where the McDonald is.

A nice sized apartment in Tokyo

Pros: Good sized space for our family of three and bags for our stay in Tokyo. It was close to two subway stations (no more than a 10 min walk to each), plus easy enough to walk to Ueno/Asakusa area (about 20 min). Also appreciated having two toilets!

Cons: Foyer to the building where the check in tablet is located is very small, so a bit of a hassle to check in/out when you have bags. Also no convenience stores immediately close, 5-10 min walk to closest ones, which was fine. To get into the apartment with a pram was tricky as the floor space from the lift was small, then to manoeuvre it round the door (which opened out). I feel like the bedroom was the prioritised space and I wonder how comfortable the apartment would be for eight as only two bean bags were given to relax on (for example).

Comfortable just have some minor issue for earlier check in or deposit luggage

Pros: Bed was comfortable, all you need for your stay are available.

Cons: Nothing much. Maybe just the check in allow to check in earlier or deposit luggage for free

Home away from home

Pros: The apartment has everything a small family needed for cooking, washing, cleaning and comfort. A home away from home truly.

Cons: Nothing.... I do wish there were many places to hang clothes, both wet and dry. But it's already as perfect as it can get.

Miatlikely stay again

Pros: Everything was fine, but just needed a sofa to relax on.

Cons: Unfortunately the people above us were very heavy footed and talked very loudly till around 12am both nights.

Pros: Loved the easy self check in. The beds were super comfy & warm. The apartment is big and was great for us as a family of 5. Also loved the drying facility in the bathroom for drying clothes. Quiet neighbourhood with vending machines on each corner. Location is great with two metro stations within a 5-10min walk.The big dinning table, two toilets and two washing sinks with mirrors, huge garbage bins, bunk beds, all showing the excellent understanding the host has about family travel. The host is very communicative as well. All the code needed for entering the main gate and details for checkin are given ahead of time, and a code for accessing the room was given upon check-in. Very suitable for families with teens or older. We actually pushed luggage cases all the way from Ueno to the condo without a problem, i

Pros: Easy check in , clean comfy rooms , good facilities., easy access to well known areas .

Quiet location between two train lines. Excellent.

Pros: Excellent facilities, great host. Crisp and clean.Spacious inside.

Pros: Great lounge space. Good having the sleeping space separate

Cons: The neighbourhood was nice but was a bit far from asakusa and ueno
