Pros: We got quick and friendly replies if we had any questions. There were a toaster so we could toast bread.

Cons: There weren't any knives so we had to use spoons to put butter on our toast. The frosted windows didn't let in much sunlight.

Great stay for a group of friends on vacation

Pros: - Can host a large group of people - The rooms were clean and each had an A/C - 2 bathroom separated from the 2 showers - Spacious common area to hangout - Calm neighbourhood

Cons: - Some of the beds were too small for 2 people. We were 10, but I'd suggest to be max 7-8 people for this place. - The A/C were pointing toward the bed so we get cold easily - A bit far from the train station (8-10 min walk every time)

Pros: Great location close to transport restaurants H& shopping. It was a fantastic apartment for 2 families to share with & multiple bathrooms. Love the local feel.

Pleasant stay in quiet neighborhood

Pros: Nested in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to ikebukuro. Amenities were good and check in was easy

Pros: It fit our group of 6 easily. The neighborhood was beautiful, with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. It was so close to Ikebukuro but felt like a different Tokyo on this street, especially with the Temple right across the street. Zoshigaya station is just a few minutes walk away and directly connected to Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku and Ikebukuro stations .

Awesome stay for a larger group or family

Pros: There was plenty of room for our family of 8, everyone had space and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. It's pretty central to Ikebukero and the main station, shopping and restaurants. The property was very responsive and quick to fix anything needed.
