Klein aber sehr gute Lage und sauber

Pros: Gute Lage, mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen und Konbini in der Nähe. Auch viele Restaurants. Sehr gut war auch die Waschmaschine und die vielen Trockenmöglichkeiten (beheiztes Badezimmer). Check-in per Keybox hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons: Es ist eng und klein, aber das ist normal für Japan.

Séjour incroyable, comme à la maison !

Pros: Super petit logement ! Très joliment décoré et confortable. L’emplacement est parfait entre la gare d’ikebukuro et mejiro, quartier calme mais très proche de tout ! Au niveau des instructions, c’était clair et simple. Très bon séjour, on se sentait à la maison.

Cons: Certains voisins bruyants mais cela ne concerne pas le logement directement. Pas de toilettes japonaises. Un peu petit pour 2

Good cool home in the middle of the city

Pros: Its quite homey and stylish. The appliances work well (huge props to the heating system and the bathroom shower). Bed is soft and cool.

Cons: Cooking utensils were lacking. Not enough spoons and forks for two people. The stairs to the second floor where our room was is very narrow. Its was very hard to carry our luggages through it.

Pros: 洗衣機有提供洗衣精，也可以洗完就在浴室設定烘乾，附近有7-11也有羅森，還有兩間24hr超市，在超市旁的藥局也很大，衣櫃也很大。廚房有提供鍋具和餐具，如果水槽的濾網和垃圾袋也能提供替換的就更好了。

sweet home away from home

Pros: The location is near the ikebukero station and easy to find. The building is quiet, secure and spacious. I had all the amenities I needed. Even though I ate out most of the time, having a fridge for left overs or snacks from the konbini was advantageous. Having a washing machine was a luxury :-D

Cons: There was nothing for me to dislike. It was the right amount of space for myself. If you're traveling with a partner and willing to share a bed, then this is the place for you. But if you're not willing to share the bed then there's plenty of floor space. hahaha
