Quiet, clean, and good for long stays.

Pros: The location is quiet and clean, just a short walk from Akabane Station. Unlike many hotels near the station, it is not noisy or surrounded by bars. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. You can cook, do laundry, and live comfortably, which makes it a great choice for long stays.

Cons: I arrived late at night in July, and since the room had been closed all day, it was quite hot and had a strong tatami smell at first. The smell fades quickly but could be uncomfortable for those unfamiliar with it. I recommend asking the host to turn on the air conditioner in advance if you know your arrival time. Also, the upstairs space is a bit tight, especially for larger guests.

Stay was pleasent, have all what you need very close.

Pros: For a Japanese it is comfortable, but for foreigner not likely if not used to sit, sleep on floor. It is a good experience to get insight for a Japanese living, I recommend. Neat place, cozy & compact.

Cons: Faulty antenna? TV program kept breaking up. Entrance door hinge falling apart, had to fix it at arrival to be able to close the door at all. Toilet position is a joke, I do not think a bigger person could sit on it.

I love it here, Akabane is so peaceful and not crowded.

Pros: I like that the kitchen, dining room and bedroom is in separate sections. The futon bed is so comfy and host even gives extra futon. Kitchen is complete. Very clean. The place is easy to find. Close to many shops, Akabane station and even malls! (10 min walks). Went on April during the spring season and every part of the neighbourhood is so pretty. They even have nearby parks that have lots of sakura trees! Bonus points is that they provide charging port near the bed 🤩

Cons: Was given the 1st floor so we had to climb a very steep stairs. A bit hassle if you are travelling with big luggage. Toilet has no bidet. And no iron for our clothes..

Pros: There was plenty of space for us. A nice big refrigerator & a washer/dryer too. There were a couple of shops close by & it was only a 10 minute walk to the main town centre/mainline train station.

Cons: We were on the upper floor & the staircase is very steep with a tight turn. Only an issue if you have suitcases with you

Wonderful

Pros: Supermarkets and vending machines are nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet. Slightly far from the metro station, but acceptable. All the necessary amenities are provided and the cleaning is very clean. There is no guarantee that your neighbours will be able to keep quiet at night, this is not a problem with the landlord. It was a pleasant stay and I would stay again next time I have the opportunity.

Pros: Love the convenient to nearby amenities and its only about 10 mins walk to the nearest JR station, which is the Akabane station. They also have a washing machine and dryer. Do use Google translate camera to use it as its all in Japanese

Cons: We are lucky to get the ground floor unit as we have lots of luggage. The stairs are steep going up though

Pros: Seamless self check in and prompt reply from the host.Not the central of city but is located nearby Akabane station meaning easy access to everywhere in Tokyo.

Pros: Quartier calme, pas un pet de bruit très reposant. ( Et mon voisin du dessus était calme aussi donc super).

Pros: Logemenr propre et joli, très bien équipé avec necessaire de toillette, produits douche shampoing vaisselle savons machine à laver. Lits futons confortables et propres. Deux climatisations dans les deux chambres efficaces. Quartier très animé a 5miutes à pied avec tous commerces. Personnel répond de suite par l'application booking. Quand je reviendrai au japon ca sera ici. Parfait 👍🏻
