Very nice place, we recommend it.

Pros: The place was very well located, in Kagurazaka. It was quite big, there was a small room with a table that was perfect to put the bags. It was clean, there was air-conditioning. The kitchen was comfortable to use. The toilet and the bathroom were wide and very well kept. The communication with the staff was fast and they were very kind and accomodating.

Cons: The extra bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen had mainly plastic plates and cups, and that was not nice. And there was not anything to cook or season a salad. It would have been nice.

Pros: Bathroom and toilet were seperate. Enough room for us to spread our luggage out

Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious. It provided a lot of linen for multiple people. All the cooking and washing facilities are there. The location is excellent with so much food on Kagurazaka street.

Pros: Location according to Tokyo University of Science campus

Cons: The Wi-Fi quality on the smart TV was quite unreliable

Pros: Местоположение отличное. Метро рядом. Супермаркеты и кафе в 50-100 метрах. Очень чисто и уютно. Единственное, не было утюга. А так все супер!

Pros: Clean room and quiet environment, very close to metro station and shopping street (Kagurazaka)

Cons: The other room is too small to qualify as a bedroom (the apartment still has space to place a futon to accommodate 4 persons in total). The public area of the apartment building has a strong 'post-renovation' smell, which you wish to get into the apartment asap

Great location, easy to check in, and loved it, especially the small office.

Pros: this was above my expetation. Easy to check in and great location. I love walking in the neighborhood at night since it was too hot in the day time. It is good size for 2-3 adults for it's limited space ( unless you don't have luggages to open) I would come back to stay if I ever visit Tokyo again.

Cons: We visited in the hottest season of the year and with only 1 AC, it took quite some time to cool down the whole unit. I wish they would switch the plastic plates / bowls/ cups .... for porcelain for they are not suitable for hot food.

Pros: 洗濯できて良かった。 ハンガーもあって助かった。 冷蔵庫も普通に一人暮らし位のが設置されてて良かった。 コンビニ・駅も近かった。

Cons: 部屋のホコリや髪の毛が落ちてた。 スリッパがなく、靴下にゴミ付着！ 洗面台の扉を開けると汚れてて物が置けなかった。 ホテルみたいに、ファブリーズ等が設置されてなかった。 石鹸はあったが、ボディソープ・バンドソープ・洗顔と別々にあった方が良い。 良ければ柔軟剤もあったらありがたいなぁと… あと、やはりホテルと違って受付がないのでチェックイン前の荷物預けが出来なかった点が一番のネック！

全体的には素晴らしい立地で良い宿泊先でした。

Pros: ソファーがベッドになるのが良かった。 洗濯を干すハンガーもあって、とても便利だった。お風呂の暖房設備のおかげでとても暖かかった。息子の受験で滞在したので書斎があり、デスク照明があるのがとても良かった。 駅にも近く、コンビニや100円ショップも近くとても便利だった。

Cons: 2人で5泊の滞在なのに、トイレットペーパーが１つでとで足りなかった。 台所洗剤がほとんどなかった。 両方とも自分で買い足した。YouTubeやNetflixは観られるのにテレビが観られなかった。
