Pros: In quiet neighbourhood relative to other places we stayed. Nice arty feel to place. Quite near train tracks but didn't prove to be intrusive at all.

Cons: It's right next to a railway crossing, so the bells of the boom gates closing are a constant dull noise in the background. This would be my only issue but it wasn't too bad to frustrate me but it's good to know if you were to book.

Great location, overcomplicated check in

Pros: The location was fantastic. Close to the railway station, shops and restaurants.

Cons: The check-in process was over complicated. There were too many reminders and instructions for the booking. It was not consolidated and difficult to work out at check in. The requirement to use the Ipad as instructed at the door, is also a mistake.

very clean, spacious, and artistic space to stay whilst in tokyo.

Pros: the location was ideal for everything we wanted to do & the room was spacious and exceptionally clean! finding the room was easy and there was someone there to help us check in.

Cons: i don’t think that there was a single thing that my sister and i didn’t like. everything was terrific and we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to tokyo!! thank you for everything.

Pros: The best choice. Near to Omori station, almost 10 minutes walking. The room is ample, comfortable and clean. The staff was so nice. I really recommend

Pros: cool art bed and room. fun stay in a super nice part of tokyo. there's lots of cute lil shops and the train station a short distance away easily connects to shinagawa. no complaints at all, the facilities are wonderful, the room is spacious and such.

Cons: more of a neutral point, but it's close to a train crossing. sometimes you hear the beeping. i honestly thought it was kind of relaxing though and it never made me lose sleep. you might not like it but it is very lowkey

Pros: Contactless check-in/check-out process was so easy & simple. The place is more like Apartment, which was new to us.

Cons: Cleaning issue- bunch of hairs in bathroom. Closet too small in depth, not so functional
