Shinjuku House

Pros: Always stay in this building ,good location to transport shops food etc

Cons: Didn’t realise beds were futons , not very comfy , other rooms we stayed here were always normal beds

Pros: Location was great and close to the train. Shower room was amazing.

Cons: It was close to the clubs area, so be prepared if you are a family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The manager is very nice and responsive person. The apartment is just like on the pictu

Pros: The location for this place was great! Very near of a lot of restaurants and kombini stores. Even the train/subway station. Very easy to get there.

Cons: I'd only recommend putting a heater in the bathroom for the winter season.

Pros: 사소한 이슈 있었지만 한밤중에 사장님이 빠르게 해결해주셨습니다. 시설 있을거 다있고 깔끔하고 좋았어요 사장님이 친절해요 위치는 가부키초 코앞이라 조금나가면 번화가에서 놀수 있어요 한인타운 근처라 뭔가 친근한 전광판들 보임

Cons: 바로앞 큰길이 소방서 근처라 그런지 사이렌이 자주울려서 시끄러울때가 있었음

Pros: La posizione era comoda per usare i mezzi di trasporto e con servizi (supermercati, ristoranti, lavanderie...) nelle vicinanze; presenza di cucina e balcone; palazzo sicuro con molta videosorveglianza

Cons: Zona molto rumorosa di notte; al nostro ingresso abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito ma nel giro di poco tempo sembrava accumularsi molta polvere; a causa delle dimensioni dell'appartamento e della diposizione dei mobili, chi dorme accanto alla finestra può essere disturbato dal contatto con la tenda sul cuscino; le istruzioni per la lavatrice non erano aggiornate e quindi non l'abbiamo usata

Pros: Je n’ai qu’un seul point d’amélioration en tête, nous aurions aimé avoir plus qu’une seule serviette pour le nombre de jours où nous sommes restées

Pros: 일단 숙소가 가부키초 코리아타운에 위치해 있어서 니시신주쿠역에서 매우 가까워 신주쿠 시부야 주변을 돌아다니는 교통 면에서 매우 좋았고, 숙소 주변에 돈키호테 가부키초점이 위치해 있습니다. 숙소는 2베드에 넓은건 아니지만 캐리어 펼칠 공간이 있어 편리했습니다. 숙소에 테라스가 있는데 테라스에서 음식과 술을 먹는것이 낭만있는 좋은 숙소입니다

Cons: 유일한 단점은 에어비엔비 특성상 4일이상 장기숙박을 해도 수건이 2장만 주어진다는 건데 수건을 미리 챙기거나 돈키호테나 편의점 등에서 수건을 구매하는걸 추천해요

Pros: 하우스는 코리아타운 가까이에 한 블럭전 번화가에 있었어요, 발코니가 있는 분리행 원룸같은.. 외국 여행때면 항상 호텔만 이용...하우스는 처음 이용 생각지 못한 어려움이 있었어요. 하우스 위치는 찾기 어렵지 않았지만 방 넘버 하우스키를(건물외부 2층 우편함) 어떻게 찾을지? 시간 낭비를 많이했네요.ㅠ 답은 내 이메일에서 찾았어요. 다음 여행땐 하우스도 괜찮을듯... 하우스는 깨끗하게 잘 정돈 되어 있었지만 좁아서 캐리어를 현관 입구에 펼치고.. 침대는 가족3이 잠 자기에는 2침대 매트를 붙인 이음선 때문에 좀 불편했습니다. 그래도 덕분에 잘 쉬었습니다. 감사합니다.^^
