Typical Japanese hotel, clean, well located, small rooms, excellent service and good value for money

Pros: Breakfast was good but a bit expensive. We much appreciated the fact that we could leave our luggage securely on day of departure. Also good was that after breakfast the dining hall could freely be used to heat and eat food bought outside. We would be happy to return.

Cons: The Hotel did provide allergy free bedclothes but I was a bit disappointed that the answer was simply wool blankets. A bed sheet would have made a welcome addition. Only two lifts, this was o.k. I February but busy season I am certain that there will be some waiting.

Everything went well.

Pros: Everything went well from check in to check out. Room was clean and spacious. Facilities and amenities are up to date, staff and room services are all good. They have parking space with parking fees.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Good selection, tasty and nutritious. Friendly service at breakfast. Front desk staff friendly, helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Pros: Location. About 30 min walk from Tokyo station and close to many train stations. Good value for money. Room was compact and would have been tight for two people.

In general, a very pleasant experience

Pros: Check-in and Check-out can be done automated through machines. Helpful staff, clean hotel (I think they clean carpets every day, at least on my floor). New towels every day. Breakfast has variety of options. Library space on the first floor was very good, imagine that you can have coffee/tea (at no extra charge) in there and then read a book, many of them are in English.

Cons: Breakfast space can be very crowded (in my case - during the weekend). Rooms are quite small for two person stay. No actual closet in the room.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Hotel Era Tokyo and would like to sincerely thank the entire staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with genuine courtesy. The breakfast was excellent, well organized, and offered a great variety, making each morning a pleasure. What truly stood out were the many small thoughtful details and attentions that made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. These gestures reflect a high standard of hospitality and a deep respect for guests. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. quiet and peaceful location. spacious and clean room, and Japanese perfect service staff.

Pros: i love that the room was spacious enough for 4-5 medium size bags. everyday clean and tidy room. free snacks and drink at the lobby. no charge to leave baggage at the hotel lobby before and after checkout. there is direct train to airport.

Cons: its a little troublesome with many heavy baggage as we couldnt find a lift in the train station, only stairs to get to the train but its a short walk to the train station from the hotel.
