Feels like a hidden gem with an extremely convenient location

Pros: The location was extremely convenient, 2 minutes walk to the station, convenience stores and main street. It was well equipped for the cold winter with amazing heating in the room and water heating too. Very clean and able to get up the stairs with suitcases. Highly recommended for tourists, we really enjoyed our stay if you couldn’t tell.

Its a great place for a few days in Tokyo

Pros: Great location with a cozy desk for focus work or journaling

Cons: No kitchen to cook

Pros: Very close to the JR station self check-in process requires no waiting — ideal for us prefer minimal interaction.

Cons: the stair is narrow not good for big luggage

Best stay for me.

Pros: There was washing machine and drying line in the balcony, also sufficient hangers and clips provided for drying, suitable for long stay. Bed was very clean and comfortable, and shower heater was working well and also room heating air conditioner. Very spacious room, cute sofa, big sink and clean toilets. Convenient location just 5 mins walk to train station.

Cons: Best already.

Brilliant

Pros: Incredible stay in Tokyo, really nicely set up room with lots of space. Great location right next to a metro but also only around a 35 min walk into SHINJUKU. Very quiet and tucked away street

Really perfect location, quality/price

Pros: Perfect location 2 mins from the station, very convenient. + Lots of restaurants nearby Quality/price Reactive host who responds very quickly. If you just need a place to stay and are looking for optimisation this is the perfect place for the price. The appartment itself is nothing special, but it has the minimum facilities for a trip, and the 2 bedrooms are quite rare for the price.

Cons: Stairs not practical for accessing the accommodation. Manual toilet (I'm starting to like Japanese-jet toilets a bit too much ^^)

Great location close to train

Pros: The apartment is bigger than the standard, very comfortable for 2 people with big suitcases. The location is good, close to a Yamanote line and metro station, 2 stations away from Shinjuku. Doesn't have a stove but the kitchen is complete (as suggestion, we would add a knife). Bed is really comfortable and good size for 1.80m person. It also has a washing machine. It has several conbinis and markets around, and is close to a commercial area around the station.

Departamento espacioso, bien ubicado y barato

Pros: Un departamento muy espacioso en relación a su precio. En Japón es difícil encontrar departamentos grandes, así que estábamos muy cómodos teniendo nuestro propio espacio. Las habitaciones eran grandes para poner las maletas gigantes y así mantener el orden. Otra cosa es la conectividad, el metro estaba al lado (yamamote line), a unos minutos caminando, nos ahorro harto tiempo en viajes, además que estaba cerca de los centros turísticos como shibuya, shinjuku, ikebukuro etc. A veces íbamos a shinjuku caminando. Muy tranquilo, sin ruidos y muy residencial el lugar.

Cons: Que falto un poco más rapidez al dar el código del candado que contenía la llave de entrada. Ya era la hora del Check-in y aun no la mandaba. Tuvimos que insistir y se mando a tiempo de nuestra llegada. Otra cosa es que las camas demasiado duras, eran como tablas, recomendaría cambiar los colchones por unos mas ergonómicos, eran dolorosos los actuales.

Pros: Très bien placé, bon rapport qualité prix , propriétaire flexible et facilement joignable , je recommande

Pros: Malgré la proximité immédiate d’un lycée, le quartier est extrêmement calme. L’appartement est proche du métro, notamment de la Yamanote Line, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement tous les quartiers principaux de Tokyo. Le logement est propre, avec un réfrigérateur et un lit confortable. Seul petit bémol : l’absence de toilettes japonaises. Si possible, je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour dans quelques années.
