This little hotel is more like an appartment (1 per floor) very good size including kitchenette and large bathroom

Pros: Location and value for money are unbearable staff is very friendly and helpful

Cons: Only think for us was the mattress is very hard

Great stay in Ginza, quiet street, but great location. Loved the apartment

Pros: Had everything we needed, well equipped, even some toys for the kids

Location fantastic, excellent local food.

Pros: Location was fantastic. So many restaurant options locally - don't bother to go further as you'll find everything you would want just around the corner. 7-11 close by, as well as Lawsons and Natural Lawsons. Really close (walking distance) to the fish market: don't miss this. Just wander around - you'll see lines for restaurants. Make your way out for dinner early or you'll potentially miss out. Walking distance to the Ginza shopping area. Walking distance to the train lines.

Cons: The Beds - might was well be sleeping on a tatami mat over hardwood logs - actually maybe that would have been more comfortable! The whole place has carpet - seems like this is done a bit in Japan. No reason for this to be the case in the kitchen area - leads to the facility not being able to clean the floor properly from the previous guests as we had found. Not a dark room - light bleeds in from all places it seems.

Pros: New and modern facilities at perfect location . Friendly reception. Great for family staying

Pros: Fantastic stay. Amenities were great. Very spacious, clean and bright. Really liked the contemporary decor and the added office was a bonus. Location was great with many eating places close by and high end shopping within a 15 minute walk.

Cons: One drawback was the mattress on the master bed was hard. They did try to help by giving us extra mattresses.

Would definitely consider here next time I visit Tokyo again.

Pros: Excellent shower! Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and bars around. Slightly out of the hustle of Ginza. Good space for families - cooking and washing facilities.

Spacious and comfortable

Pros: The location is excellent, just a short walk to the main shopping street in Ginza, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs. Each floor has only one room, and the room itself is quite spacious by Tokyo standards. It was more than enough for me and my sister. There is a front desk on the first floor, the staff were very friendly, and they also offer luggage storage.

Cons: Noticed a hair on the headboard of the bed, but it was a minor issue and didn’t affect my experience.

Comfy home base

Pros: Roomy and comfortable. Close to transport and shops. About 10mins walk to Ginza Station which can get you most of the tourist spots.

Cons: There wasn't a clothes dryer in our room which we had expected. We got our things dry in the room with the coat hangers, but a line or rack would have been helpful.

Shop 'n drop in Ginza

Pros: Our accommodation spanned the entire floor, accessible directly via a feel like private elevator. The space was impressively generous, featuring a dining area with seating for four, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy TV lounge with a large, inviting sofa. The bedroom boasted an oversized bed comfortably suited for three, complemented by a futon on the floor to evoke the traditional Ryokan ambiance. The bathroom was equally spacious, complete with double sinks and in-unit washing and drying machines—offering both comfort and convenience. All of this, nestled in the heart of Ginza, one of Tokyo’s most prestigious districts, allowed us to shop with ease: drop off our bags, refresh, and head out again.
