Pros: Everything. Clean, fully equipped with washer/dryer. Beds/bedding comfortable . Location 10/10. Best bakery down the road as well as 7 eleven. And best coffee from Kimi natural 73 (coffee snobb Australia/soy milk. ). Restaurants all down street and around. Cheap as and yummmm.

Best stay so far during our entire trip

Pros: Great property accomodating a family of 4. So much space with a dining table in front of a TV watching a few movies during our stay. Owner even allowed us to leave our luggage whilst the accomodation was getting cleaned prior to our check in. So convenient to drop off and go for a stroll to familiarise ourselves with the area even though we were tired from our flight. Location is great and loads of places to eat Izakaya style the way we like it. Station is a close walk within 10 mins. The family also enjoyed 5 great nights of sleeps. The mattresses are fantastic. Def will stay here again when I next visit Ikebukuro. Thanks again and highly recommend this place.

This place was perfect for our family of 5 for a 7 night stay in Tokyo. I’d definitely rebook again if we return to Japa

Pros: Close to Seven eleven, train station an easy walk. A beautiful town to stay in with family. The staff were responsive with requests and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location with restaurants nearby, spacious apartment.

Pros: A very good location in Ikebukuro, which is walkable 5-10mins to the nearest subway exit C where you can take the metro or link to JR lines. The boys and husband loved the spaciousness - there was a walkway for shoes, a marked area for large luggages, kitchen, microwave oven (great for heating convenience store goods), washer dryer, hanging rack, a dinning area with a sofa bed and many stools. Thoughtful toiletries such as dish washing detergent, washing detergent and toilet cleaner were provided.

Cons: The bathroom sink water pooled up and took a long time to drain for just a simple wash. Had to use the kitchen sink for brushing teeth instead. The washer dryer was a bit dusty and I suspect there is no chance to clean it in between guest stays. For a lady, there wasn't a proper dressing table for me to do makeup and skincare.

Pros: Very convenient to train station, shopping malls & most importantly bus service from Narita Airport to property.

Excellent stay with complete facilities

Pros: I booked this accommodation on behalf of my son and his schoolmates. I have asked lots of questions to make sure the accommodation meets the needs of my teens. The host answered me patiently, and their communication was prompt. Even though there is no reception however the check-in was simple. They sent the check in instructions few days prior to the stay. The washing machine with drying function definitely helps when a group of friends is travelling and have a long stay. I liked the location close to the Ikekuburo station which is easy for those travelling with public transport.

Amazing Communication, Amazing Stay. 5 stars

Pros: This property was perfect for our first stay in Tokyo. Easy to access, one big room it had everything you needed. Really close to a main train station which we used everyday. 7/11 just down the road which was perfect for us to grab some snacks.

Cons: The beds were a little hard for us but honestly it really wasn’t that bad. After doing 2 big days at Disney we just wanted something a little shofter on our sore bodies lol.

Pros: Tokiwa 10 has very good communication, it made the check in process much easier. The property has an elevator in the building which is convenient. There is also a convenience store next door. The room was large by Japan standards which was handy for packing and unpacking. Train station is within close walking distance. There is a shuttle bus to the airport at ikebukuro which was a bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons: The area is perhaps a little shady with many love hotels in the area. But we never felt afraid or concerned about this. There was slight noise from the street, and the hot water heater when on use inside the room ~ it may bother you if you are sensitive to any noise, but it didn't bother us personally.
