Cozy, nice location, close to 7-eleven

Pros: We stayed here 8 nights while in Tokyo. Very happy with it. Owner sent us detailed instructions on how to find the place, and copy and pasting the property into Google Maps made it easy to find. The futons were comfortable the entire time. Room was very small but expected in Tokyo. No places to sit, you’re either standing or on the floor.

Cons: Not much soundproofing but we had very quiet neighbours until the last night when a group of tourists rented the room next door. Even then, noise is not overly bad.

Pros: 立地が池袋駅近くなので楽でした！部屋の壁や風呂場もお値段にしては綺麗なので居心地が良かったです。キッチンとIHと電子レンジがあるので少し料理したい時便利ですね。コロコロが置いてあり、少し気になる箇所は掃除できたのでありがたかったです。近くに飲み屋等ありましたが夜はそれなりに静かなのでしっかり寝ることができました。施設に対してのお値段が安く、コスパが良かったと感じます！

Cons: 宿へ行く途中に飲み屋街とホテル街を通るので少しだけ治安が悪いですが、女性1人でも大丈夫でした。 102号室の入り口隣の部屋に滞在しました。木造なので入り口付近の音はかなり聞こえます。お風呂ですが、バスとトイレ間のカーテンがないのが気になりました。トイレや床が濡れるので施設側がカビの掃除や管理が大変なんじゃないか？と勝手に思っています…。

Pros: We like the convenient location. It is about 10 minutes walk from metro station. It is a big plus to be able to use the washing machine.

Cons: Nice to have directions sent to us ahead of time. We found the place but we were confused by the name on the wall that has another bed and breakfast’s name. We thought it was the wrong place and ended up circling the area again trying to find the place.
