I would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Pros: Great location, very safe and family friendly neighbourhood. It was quite and i felt comfortable sending my teenager out to 7/11 etc.

Cons: The train noise in one of the rooms was prominent. Apart from that this was a good comfortable accommodation with all 5 of us having space for our selves. Two toilets and two showers was also handy.

Satisfied and happy with this small apartment.

Pros: Worth a stay for what I paid. I am satisfied with my 3 nights stay. The beds are bigger than what I expected. Just the table and chair at the living hall are so low, but I still can except it.

Cons: No place to hang my clothes in the room.

Pros: Big apartment close to the train station and 10 min walking from the closest metro station (Nishi-Nippori). Being close to the station means also a bit noisy. Strongly recommended.

A spacious house perfect for families

Pros: The actual house looks so much better than in the photos. It was a big house, which is a rare find in Tokyo. It's clean and spacious. There is also an entertainment room. It is in a nice location with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Cons: Nothing, really.

Pros: Appartement spacieux, équipements corrects, bien placé

Cons: Peu de vaisselle, micro-onde en panne.

Genial para familias y buena ubicación

Pros: La ubicación, tranquila pero bien comunicado, a 5 min de la estación de Tabata y el propietario nos dejó todos los servicios, chanclas, toallas, cepillos de dientes…todo genial.

Cons: Todo estaba genial

Good and super comfy affordable spot!

Pros: It was in a good location. Quite big and had multiple washrooms, which is rare for Tokyo. It was quite close to Tabata station so very convenient to travel around on the trains.

Cons: Could have been cleaner. We did notice a couple of cockroaches after it rained one of the days.

Pros: It’s a nice quiet place to come home to after a whole day of walking around busy downtown tokyo. Not too far from the train station. The host was very responsive with all of my inquiries.

Cons: In some rooms there wasn’t much space to place your luggage and stuff. It is right under the train tracks so the trains woke me up every morning, good thing they stop running before midnight.
