Pros: The location is extremely convenient, very close to Oshiage Station and Tokyo Skytree, and it’s easy to travel to Disney Resort from here. The room is warm and comfortable during winter, with a washing machine and drying function, which made long stays very convenient. There were enough hangers, and having an iron in the room was a real lifesaver. Overall, the place felt cozy and well-equipped.

Cons: The room is quite small, but that was expected in Tokyo. The main issue was the pillow, it was very flat and had almost no support, which felt like sleeping without a pillow. There were also no extra plastic bags provided for rubbish disposal.

Pros: Location closed to station, life supermarket open until 11pm. Apartemen clean, big room. We can open 3 big luggage . Staff fast respon anything we ask.

If possible, reducing unnecessary furniture would make the room feel more spacious.

Pros: This is our 2nd stay at Mat Oshiage and I think that says a lot. A very big plus point is that it’s a short walking distance to Oshiage Station (Skytree). It is very near to the Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Solamachi shopping complex and Life supermarket which opens until 12am. It is very very near that you can shop to your heart’s content and walk back to the apartment to dump your shopping bags and continue on with your sightseeing. It’s a residential area so you don’t see tourist flocking the area and it’s peaceful and serene, especially in the morning. The property is clean! It has all the amenities one requires when travelling with a family for an extended period of time - kitchen, washing machine and the plus point is you can dry your clothes in the living room or the bathroom as heating is provided. It has elevators - another plus point!

Pros: Very modern and great remote temperature control for bathroom. The kitchen is well furnish and very clean.

Cons: A extra sofa bed will be good.

Pros: i like that is near the station, its very accesible, also its clean and has wide bath area tokyo standard.

Cons: the smartlock outside the room sometimes glitch and hard to open at times.

Pros: 2nd Stay this year, Recommended place, very convenient location with 24hrs Grocery just infront. Very near Train station. Our go to whenever in Tokyo. Kudos to all.

Pros: The location is fantastic. Staying here puts you about a 5 minute walk away from the Skytree shopping centre. It’s also only a few minutes to walk to the LIFE grocery store.

Best place in Skytree area. Perfect!

Pros: Location was the best as there's a SkyAccess train straight from the airport with just a few stops in between. The layout of the place was also nice for a family of four as my teen kids have their own futon and sofa beds. The amenities was also great as it has the complete items needed for our week stay. We would definitely be booking this same place again on our next stay in Tokyo.

Cons: We were not advised in advance that the plastic trash bags are not to be provided once we run out so we have to buy our own. Same thing with the other consumables. We could have brought our own and planned accordingly if we were told ahead.
