Pros: Everyone had their own bedroom as there was 3 bedrooms. The living room was tony but comfortable enough. Just a heads up : the appartment was on 5th floor with no elevator, so with huge suitcases that was sport!

Cons: It was nice to have a washing machine to do a little laundry, although it lacked a bit of power to dry the cloths and also it would have been nice to have an english tutorial to use the washing machine.

Pros: It had 3 rooms which suited my family. The rooms were comfortable. The owner was responsive and quickly replied my questions.

Cons: Walking up to the 5th floor with big bags was tiring, especially after a long flight. This should have been mentioned in the booking. We would like to watch a movie or TV channel at night after a long day out. Unfortunately, there was no TV, and I did not realise that upon booking. Also, it would be great to provide sufficient direction to the apartment. We wasted time searching for it with my 3 kids, only to find out that we were at the right place. Lastly, I was happy to use the washing machine, but I had to translate the function one by one as there was no manual to read. Would be good to have the filter cleaned before our stay. I had to clean it when the error code appeared.

Prefect for family

Pros: The host is lovely and response to my queries promptly. The location is great and only took 8 mins walk to the nearest train station and lots of convenience store along the way. Some local restaurants and convenience stores open 24 hours that make it very handy of you want supper or late comers. The room is spacious for Japan's standard. Highly recommended.

Cons: The place is located at level 5 without lift, so it's pretty tired walking up the stairs after a long day. But it's manageable for our family.

Wonderful stay in Ikebukuro

Pros: We liked the location. Very close to Otsuka station and not only convenience store but supermarket as well. Lots of light into the unit with a big balcony. All rooms and living have adequate air conditioning. There is washing machine in the unit but there is also.commercial laundry at the ground floor.

Cons: We had lots of luggage. Carrying them up and down 5 flight of stairs is tiresome. However this is normal for an older apartment.

Pros: พื้นที่ของแต่ละห้องค่อนข้างใหญ่, เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว, บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ แม้จะอยู่ใจกลางเมือง, สถานที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับสถานี Otsuka, มี Minimart และ Supermarket อยู่รอบด้าน, มีร้านอาหารให้เลือกหลายหลาย, ใกล้ห้าง Sunshine และ สามารถเดินไปถึง Ikebukuro ได้, ความเร็วในการตอบและประสานงานของผู้ดูแลรวดเร็วมาก

Cons: ที่พักไม่มีลิฟต์ ทำให้การขนกระเป๋าและเดินทางกลับมายังที่พักค่อนข้างเหนื่อย, ห้องมีช่องแสง ไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนนอนตื่นสาย, หมุด Location ในเว็บไม่ตรงกับสถานที่จริงทำให้ใช้บริการเรียก Taxi จากในเว็บไม่ได้ซึ่งอยู่เยื้องมาฝั่ง Otsuka มากกว่าฝั่ง Ikebukuro

Close to station. Great for groups.

Pros: Great for our group of people. Really close to Otsuka station! The five flights of stairs with no lift made us stronger! But not really accessible or recommended if stairs are an issue for you.
