Pros: Great location which is very accessible to everything, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, and well-equipped facilities. Overall, very satisfied and we will again book this hotel in the future. Very recommendable.

Cons: No microwave inside the room, nevertheless it is available in the common area.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, its the 2nd time we have stayed here and would stay again.

Pros: Room was comfortable and the bed was large (King size Australia) there was a drying closet in the room, helpful to dry stuff, but can only fit a couple shirts in at a time, wish there was room for suitcases because they just have to stay on the ground and make the room feel messy. There is a communal space to do laundry, 200 yen per load. Always friendly and helpful staff around to assist. room is bigger than my first stay

Cons: they have a system for cleaning where you put a magnet on the door indicating if you want cleaning, but i forgot one day and room wasn't cleaned - I think it should be assumed that you clean the room and if you dont want it, then you put do not disturb on the door, like most other hotels. The bathroom is teeny tiny, and nowhere to put toiletry bags. Towels are so small, they dont wrap around and are quite thin. they do not have access to netflix or paid tv services, no smart tv or firestick available in the room.

Pros: Like the big bathroom. There are kitchen and washing machine. The room is bigger than normal room in Tokyo

Cons: Even the room is bigger than normal, but there small area to put the big luggages, because the room fill with big bathroom and kitchen 😅 There are smell in the bathroom

Cons: A bit of noise transfer from other rooms and hard beds and Pillows.

Pros: Excellent location featuring a larger-than-average room with an in-room washer and dryer.

Cons: Outside crowd and street noise can be heard inside the room, especially on weekdays after working hours until midnight, as well as in the early morning around 5:00 a.m. when garbage collectors are carrying out their work.
