Good for the price, definitely worth it.

Pros: The washing machine came in handy, they even provided laundry detergent. Though there was no lobby, when I contacted the owner they were nice and made sure we checked in ok.

Cons: The bedroom was on the smaller side but still manageable, just became more difficult with the more shopping we did haha

Clean and quiet

Pros: The room is very clean and in a quiet area. Very handy and practical for a short stay in Tokyo.

Cons: It was quite cold in the room and it took me a long time to figure out how to use the air conditioning unit, but once I did it warmed up. The room is located up three flights of stairs and the staircase is narrow - be aware if you have a lot of luggage with you.

Pros: booking .comから部屋番号が送られて来ず、入り口で困ったがホストへ連絡したらすぐに対応してくれたので助かった。ホストの方は、連絡がきちんとつながり、安心できた。事前に行き方や鍵の受け渡し方法なども丁寧に連絡をくれた。

Cons: トイレが狭すぎる。玄関のスペースをトイレにまわしてほしい。鶯谷駅から宿泊場所までの道はわかりやすいが、最後の曲がり角が細すぎて中々辿り着けなかった。看板があるとありがたい。

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung Nähe Ueno

Pros: Wir haben die Unterkunft leicht gefunden, auch wenn es etwas versteckt liegt. Mit Hilfe des Navigators und der Beschreibung ist es jedoch nicht so schwer. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ueno-Park und die Museen sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Charmant petit appartement d'un bon rapport qualité -prix à Tokyo

Pros: -Petit appartement situé dans un quartier villageois de Tokyo à 20mn à pied de Ueno. Combini à proximité,gare à quelques mn. Avoir un bon plan pour trouver. - propre bien aménagé compte tenu de l'espace. - pas d'espace fumeur puisqu'il n'est pas autorisé de fumer sur les balcons( fréquent au Japon), ni dans les rues proches de ce logement. - il n'y a qu'une casserole pour la cuisine. - la réactivité du propriétaire qui, bien qu'on ne le rencontre pas, répond rapidement aux messages .

Cons: - pas d'espace fumeur. Il est interdit de fumer sur les balcons( règle fréquente au Japon) et dans les rues proches. - il n'y a qu'une casserole pour faire la cuisine
