Great place to stay

Pros: It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay, had everything we needed (kitchen, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, aircon). It was also located near to a subway station and a convenience store.

Cons: Everything was good.

A cosy home far away from home

Pros: Small and cosy. The house is very near Aoi train station and 7-eleven.

Cons: It would have been great if there was a farmers market nearby. Would have liked to cook some fresh seafood and vegetables.

Would be very happy to stay there again.

Pros: It was in a good quiet location and close to the train subway station. It was clean and fresh with good facilities, modern & new. We enjoyed relaxing on the sofa as well as walking around Aoi & Ayase.

Cons: Overall, we had plenty of room, just the kitchen area was a little small.

I never regret to stay here again 🥰

Pros: i love the location because just 5min walk from Aoi sta, Tsukuba express. the neighborhood are so peace, clean n safe. the house is good enough for traveller, although its very narrow surrounding but it good enough for me (55kg) my husband (115kg) and my friend (60kg). not so bother as the house have kitchen stove, microwave, rice cooker, cooking utensil, washer. thats so enough for me. normal size of japanese house.if u are the one that very fussy, this is not for you.

Cons: i dont have one. nice job owner 👍 i nearly cant find any dust even on the curtain rails😂

Pros: 必要な物が揃っていて、清掃もキレイにされていて快適でした。 タオルやシャンプー類、洗濯洗剤等があるのもありがたいです。 つくばエクスプレスの駅やコンビニが近くて、徒歩圏内にコインパーキングが何箇所もありロケーションがとても良かった。

Cons: Niente

Pros: Liegt nah an der Aoi-Subway-Station. Zimmer waren groß und gemütlich. Gegend ist sehr ruhig, hat aber trotzdem alles, was man braucht. Man ist schnell mit den Bahnen an den Hotspots Tokios.

Cons: Im Esszimmer/Küche gab es keine Heizung, war für den Winter etwas ungemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer waren aber beheizt.

Buen alojamiento en Tokyo

Pros: La ubicación, la limpieza. Muy bien comunicado con tusuka express

Cons: Que no limpiaran en 20 días. Tener solo una llave para dos personas.

Wonderful

Pros: The location is fantastic. Not in Tokyo proper but not far at all to enjoy and experience it. The locals are simply lovely and we got to experience a little bit of how the they live their everyday lives. Quiet and trains are super accessible. Definitely better and bigger than most hotels you’ll get in the big city. Clean, well stocked and very affordable specially for a small family. I’m so happy I found this accommodation 🙏❤️🇯🇵

Pros: エアが綺麗でした。 ベッドが3部屋に分かれていて安眠できました。 電球が切れていたため、メールをお送りしたところすぐに対応してくださいました。早い対応に感謝します。 つくばエクスプレスの青井駅より5分程度で交通の便も良かったです

Cons: 下駄箱や収納にものが入っていて、収納スペースの少なかったことです。2階のベランダのある部屋がカーテンレールが曲がっておりました。1階のリビングのソファーが転びておりました。手直しをしていただけると良いと思います。
