Quiet, double story, 3 bedroom home.

Pros: Was a great experience to stay in a real Japanese home rather than a small, generic hotel room. All rooms had heating/cooling. Kitchen consisted of gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle and fridge/freezer.

Amazing and very kind owner who recommended the beautiful rose garden nearby

Pros: Very spacious and clean, especially for the price. Was only 2 of us but you could fit 8 or so people. Good kitchen facilities

Cons: As a tall person, the toilet was slightly cramped, but other than that nothing else.

Lovely classic Japanese residence

Pros: Quick replies to any inquiries. Residence itself was just like the pictures: just a classic Japanese home with sliding doors, compact bath, tatami mats, and futons.

Cons: Location was a bit unfortunate. Any trips to the centre of Tokyo required us to use the tsukuba express which added to public transport costs (not that much, around 280 jpy).

Cons: Only had two gripes with the property and that was its geographical location and the size of everything. The sizes of the rooms weren't of any issue, it was the height of the doors and how little space inside the toilet there is. It's a really small toilet space but only because I'm tall, same for the door frames; I hit my head several times walking through the rooms and lounge lol. Not really a property issue, just a personal gripe since I'm taller than the average person (194cm).

Pros: Emplacement parfait proche des stations et supermarché, calme !!! L'hôte est très accueillante et réactive !!! Et le must la petite terrasse sur le toit !!!

Pros: 料金が格安で清掃が行き届いており、2泊3日での宿泊はとても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 また、問い合わせ等にも親切に対応して頂き安心して利用させて頂きました。

Cons: 古い建物のようなので気になる方も中にはいるかもしれませんが、私は全く気にならず、むしろおばあちゃんの家に泊まりに行ったような、懐かしい感じがありむしろ心地よく宿泊させて頂きました。 私としては良くなかった点はありません。

親戚の家に泊まらせてもらう感じ。

Pros: 戸建て貸しなので「他の宿泊客に気を使う」ということそのものが不要。 洗濯機や物干し台があるので、旅行中に使用した衣服を汚いまま保管する必要がない。 調理設備・食器が備え付けられており、付近にスーパーマーケットがあるので、旅先で自宅にいるのと同様に過ごせる。

Cons: 付近に飲食店がほぼない。

家族での初めての旅行を自宅のように過ごせる場所

Pros: 駅まで近く、近くにスーパーやコンビニがあり便利でした。一軒家タイプなため、周りに気を使いすぎず快適に過ごせ、洗濯も毎日出来たため、助かりました。特に寝具は清潔でした。娘がアレルギー性鼻炎だと伝えると布団乾燥機を貸してくださり、一度も痒くなりませんでした。配慮いただき感謝してます。

Pros: 部屋全体的清潔でした。バスルームの奥に更衣室がありました。家具家電は全部揃ってます。3部屋があって大人数での宿泊に向いてます。リビングが広く、ソファでくつろぐことが出来ました。屋上があって眺めが良かった。2階に物干しがあって部屋付きの洗濯機で洗った洗濯物を干せました。畳部屋は日本しかないのでとてもいい体験でした。近くに24時間大型スーパーマーケットがあり、買い物はとても便利です。すぐ近くにコインパーキングがあるので、車で行っても問題なく停まれます。
