Very adequate.
Pros: Very clean and is in a convenient location. Neigbourhood is nice as well. Hosts are very accomodating.
Cons: Our room used a wall water heater and even if the temperature was turned up higher the water in the shower was lukewarm at best.

Pros: Great location, close to metro station, shopping center and stores. The apartment itself has everything we needed, including a small balcony. The staff sent us the necessary instructions, which made our stay in the apartment very easy

Nice place, good location, close to public transport, on a quiet street.
Pros: It's a nice location, it's a quiet street, and a functional apartment.
Cons: The check-in process is not very clear. We did not readily have the room / apartment number. It was in one of the several emails Booking sends but it's not clear that that is the room number (and it's buried in a bunch of other information) so we had to search for it and then text the property managers (who replied soon). Second, the screen where you are supposed to check in was not connected to the internet initially, so we're there, standing in the hallway, it's just not very clear that's what you're supposed to do, and after you fly for a day, you want key information clear and not glitches so that it's clear what you need to do and all the info which is essential separate from all the other stuff. So the check in process could be smoother and clearer and faster.

Conveniently located - 1 min walk from metro, Quiet, Clean, Spacious
Pros: This place is near subway station. Just 1-2 minute walk to underground station. Convenient if you arrive late at Narita airport. Just take Skyliner express, transfer at Aoto then local line to Oshiage (Skytree). The host provided very clear a step by step guide so easy to locate the apartment. Place is clean, spacious, comfortable bed and there's sofa bed. The pillows and mattress are comfortable for my fussy neck and backbone. The kitchen set is complete and fridge is big. The towels are a bit too small but fine with me as extra is provided. There is supermarket nearby which is a big plus to me. The host is very responsive. 👍👍👍

excellent apartments in the city center
Pros: We liked everything, cozy apartments, everything is there and everything is clean, there is even a work area. View of Tokyo Tower right from the window! The location is super: 5 minutes and you are in the metro
Cons: everything was fine except the creaking bed

Pros: Very convenient location. The room had all the necessities like towels, shampoo, hair dryer, etc
Cons: Doors to the living room and to the bathroom were annoying as other people mentioned in the reviews, but we found the room worth it due to its location and facilities.

Great place
Pros: Great location next to Skytree for shopping, 7-11 near by, very close [5 mins] next to train station to go into central, good hot shower. Easy to follow instructions to get into apartment, very quiet location.
Cons: Small apartment for more than one person but this is more down to personal preference. Slightly uncomfortable bed and pillows, uncomfortable sofa bed for 3rd guest
