Pros: Everything. Price , location and cleanliness. Lots of features and facilities Great communication from the owner. Only issue is the beds are quite hard , not overly comfortable. But that's just me. Still had great nights sleep. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Nice and recommended

Pros: The location is very near the oshiage station and you can take direct train to narita airport (but no lift/ elevator inside the train station) to go to the airport

Cons: Everything is nice. It is justthe floor slighly cold during winter

Pros: An excellent location near an entrance to Oshiage station. The apartment is set back away from the busy area near Skytree and is in a nice and quiet area, especially seeing you are just a few stations away from Asakusa. Oshiage station is on the line to both Narita and Haneda Airports. The apartment is clean and has good facilities with everything you need.

Best apartment you can get with an excelent location for the price

Pros: The location is excelent, a couple of streets away from the Skytree, so you can just take a single train from Narita airport. Sumida is the best neighborhood to stay, calmed but with good conections and great people. Though the place is small has anything you need, with a kitchen, microwave and fridge. For the price is the best individual apartment you can get in Tokyo.

Cons: Has the same issue that other places in Japan has of having no physical person to greet you, all comunication is via messages. However if you dislike human contact that could be good. The decor is a bit tacky.

Perfect for my wife and 1 yr old son to stay comfortablely for over 3 weeks and not feel claustrophobic.

Pros: Floor plan was awesome, kitchen and toilet are separated from the bedroom, bathroom and washing machine. The space made it comfortable for my 1 yr old son and wife to stay in for over 3 weeks

Pros: place quiet calm and near train station. the best part is opposite of the condo have food shop with good price and variety of food and drink. in room have many facilities such as washing machine and kitchen for cooking. also they provide microwave, boiling machine, oven. which really nice. also they have POCKET WIFI !!! which really the best.

Excellent stay

Pros: Great location, close to the station. The property was clean and tidy. The room was very secure and there was a good range of crockery, cutlery, and sheets. It was a good size for 4 people.

Stay was excellent, host was very helpful.

Pros: Love the location -- in front of discount store with cheap foods and groceries; Another slightly bigger supermarket (Tobu) 3 minutes away; Another excellent one is Life supermarket which is nearby with great stuff to buy (they sell cheap meals which go as much as 50% off at night time). On top of Life supermarket is Nitori where you could buy lovely Home goods. Tokyo Skytree Town mall also has a lot of shopping/dining options.

Cons: Just be aware that it's a bit further if you need to use the elevator from the train station. If you have a lot of luggages/wheelchair/stroller you should use exit B3 instead of exit B1 as B1 only has an escalator.
