Oji Asuka Court
Pros: 2 toilet which was very good since we have 6 adults, the space was much more spacious than we were anticipated. Washing machine was good with toaster and microwave an added plus. Of course the fridge was decent size. There was more than enough room to house more than 6 adults. There were 1 station closer called Oji-kamiya and another one slightly further called Oji. Plenty of convinent store around like 7 eleven and lawson.
Cons: The wifi only available at the 1st floor and not able to reach 2nd floor. The window on 1 of the room was left open even before we checked in. The stair case was very narrow so moving big luggage was a hefty task. Overall bed and bedsheet was not very clean but acceptable. Some of the corner area was not very clean but acceptable. Kitchen area a bit small to have 6 people in it.

Pros: Location was great. I walked around the neighborhood at different times of the day, peaceful neighborhood. Nearest train station is right in front of a 100-Yen Store, great shopping store for anything. Convenience stores, Grocery stores, are walking distance. I also liked that the property had 2 toilets.
Cons: The plates in the property were small, looked like a saucer. Perhaps it is the norm in Tokyo (i'm not sure), but it would have been nice to have full sized plates. Other than that, everything was good.

Our family had a great time and host responds quickly to queries
Pros: Knowing how small the properties are in tokyo , this place was big enough for a family of 7. It was also near the train and bus stations. Lots of convenience stores nearby and also a big supermarket.
Cons: We are a family of 7 but dining table only has 3 chairs.

Pros: + Może kawałek od miasta, ale blisko metra i stacji kolejowej - daje możliwość łatwego wydostania się do Tokio + Fajne okoliczne knajpki, parę 7-11 oraz jeden większy sklep koło metra + Czysto, jasne instrukcje zameldowania + Dostęp do pralki wraz z detergentem + Wydajna dobrze działająca klimatyzacja + Bardzo sprawny i komunikatywny host!
Cons: - Wifi kiepsko działało wieczorami - Mało wygodne dość strome schody - Chyba brakowało jednego krzesła, bo były trzy I może nie wada, ale na zdjęciach tego nie widać - pokój z tatami jest przechodni

Great apartment for a group of friends
Pros: We stayed with friends, three of us. We were all happy. We recommend it for a group of friends or couples. The apartment had everything you need. NB Be sure to read the instructions completely. We had to pay a fine only because of our carelessness.

Pros: Le dimensioni dell'appartamento, L'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, la vicinanza ai minimarket, la zona molto tranquilla
Cons: Se si dorme con le finestre aperte si sente molto forte il rumore del traffico non c'è molto spazio per stendere i panni, la cucina dovrebbe essere attrezzata meglio, ci sono solo 2 pentole e piattini minuscoli per mangiare che sono veramente scomodi.

Pros: ファミリー滞在するのに快適でした。老齢の両親と姪っ子が泊まりました。トイレと洗面台が２階と３階にそれぞれあること、大きなダブルベットが２つあることに加え、畳の間やソファもあり、ゆったりくつろげたことが良かったです。清潔感があり、お風呂のバスタブもお湯をはり、疲れが癒やされたとのこと。 最初、クレカでの決済が上手く行かず、スタッフの方がオンライン決済に切り替えてくれました。有り難かったです。
Cons: 良くなかった点はありません。 足の悪い母のために、エレベーターがある宿泊所を探していましたが、どうにか杖をついて上がれました。もし階段に手すりがあったら安全面でも強化されると思いました。

Great apartment.
Pros: Location a little out of the way. But very close to two subway stations. And since Tokyo subways are super-connected, easy to get anywhere. The Japanese bathrooms are wonderful.
Cons: Nerve-wracking in that I did not get instructions for passcode or directions to apartment until late in the game. I understand host not giving the passcode in advance but he/she could have sent other instructions. I emailed host days before via Booking.com and did not get response. Reply from Booking.com was not re-assuring. A simple reply from host would have reduced our concerns. Especially as we arrived late from an international flight.
