Super Hotel Tokyo Hamamatsucho

Super quiet, comfortable hotel with a great location for both east Tokyo and Haneda airport. Lovely staff

Pros: Great amenities and rooms. Really excellent soundproofed windows and blackout blinds for a busy stay. The ionised water is also great for washing.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit limited.

Pros: I was happy with the accommodation. The room was nice but a bit small for 2 people.

Ideal location, good value for money and clean!

Pros: 15 minute walk from Tokyo tower and Roppongi! 10 mins walk from monorail station. Took me 45 minutes to get from the hotel to my gate at Haneda! Complimentary drinks. The room was cosy and clean. Not too much to complain about with this place.

Pros: I liked the location. It's near Daimon station and Hamamatsucho station. The facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Unique experience in a different kind and not typical Japanese business hotel

Pros: I like the concept of an eco hotel and that you can choose your pillow, pyjama’s and amenties in the lobby. Breakfast has great choices and the free drinks are a nice idea.

Good hotel for a short stay

Pros: Great location, with lots of restaurants around the hotel. Room was tiny but functional, internet was fine, the nice freebies every day was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: They are a stickler for the check-in time. I arrived at 2:24pm and was told I couldn’t enter my room until 3pm even though it was ready. I guess they need rules but some flexibility would have been appreciated.

Pros: I got lucky with the room layout, which was very spacious. Bed was comfortable, overall good room.

Cons: My laptop had a really hard time getting a good wifi connection in the room (but that is not always the case). Phone struggled less. No stairs, a single elevator (which can get busy especially at check-out time). Prepare to grab a pillow from the lobby, room only has a hard one. Three hangers in a room (which can be enough, but prepare accordingly). Room's entrance light is automatic (time can be set, but it can be a little annoying).

I would not hesitate to stay here again

Pros: Location was great, staff were wonderful. I liked being able to choose which pillow I wanted. The evening drinks were a nice touch. The hotel was clean and modern and there were laundry facilities, luggage forwarding services and the room though small, was well designed and clean

Cons: Only one lift serving many floors meant at busy times around checkout I had to wait for the lift to be empty. This is a problem for the lower floors only because the upper floors get the empty lift first.

Pros: Very near to Hamamatsucho station and Daimon Street, one of the best hotel choices I do every year I go to Tokyo. Good staff, comfort, clearness and services.
