Pros: The location is perfect for us. Everything we love is very nearby and easy to access. The washing machine was very helpful, as well as the provided hangers. It could be nice to include some pins to hold the laundry up.

Cons: The ceiling light remote didn't seem to work. The automatic entrance light is a nice idea, but it wouldn't turn on when we wanted, and would turn on in the middle of the night. We ended up leaving it off the rest of the time. There was enough toilet paper, but would have liked to have extra just in case.

Pros: The bed and couch were very comfortable. The place is small but very clean and functional. Staff was very easy to communicate with.

Pros: At first I was panicking because the code given to my lockbox wasn't working. Well it turned out that I was trying to open the mailbox on the bottom floor lol. The actual lockbox is located on the handle of the room. In my situation the room was in the third floor, once I went up there I saw the lockbox and unlocked the room.

Cons: Only thing that was a negative from me was the lack of outlets. I usually carry an extension cord for this reason but it is USA 3 pronged (grounded) and all of the outlets here are two pronged.

Pros: Die Lage ist echt extrem super!! Man ist total schnell am Nakano Broadway, in der Sun Mall und an der Nakano Station. Der Weg dahin ist außerdem auch sehr schön :). Außerdem ist man mit der Bahn auch nicht lange unterwegs von Nakano nach Shinjuku oder Shibuya. In dem Apartment war auch alles was man brauchte vorhanden: ein Wasserkocher, Föhn, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank. Ein 7Eleven ist auch in der Nähe, falls man abends mal Lust auf einen kleinen Snack hat. Außerdem war das Bett echt sehr bequem und hat die ersten Nächte in Tokyo trotz Jetlag sehr angenehm gemacht ☺️

Cons: Es war zuerst sehr schwer die Unterkunft zu finden. Ich habe die Adresse die auf Booking für das Apartment angezeigt wurde kopiert und bei Google Maps eingefügt, allerdings wurde ich zu einer komplett anderen Adresse irgendwo in Nogata geführt. Das war am Anfang ein bisschen doof, nach einiger Zeit haben wir das richtige Ziel letztendlich gefunden. Das Zimmer sieht außerdem was die Deko angeht leider nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos, trotzdem war es ein sweetes Zimmer. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass es sehr kompliziert war die Waschmaschine zu bedienen trotz einer Anleitung die in unserem Zimmer lag. Außerdem gab es keinen Kleiderschrank wodurch wir unsere Sachen in dem sowieso schon kleinen Zimmer auf den Boden legen mussten und dadurch wenig Platz hatten.

Pros: El lugar estaba impecable, todo muy limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, está a unos 10 minutos andando o a 9 minutos en autobús de la estación JR de Nakano. La zona es muy bonita y está llena de restaurantes excelentes a muy buen precio. Tiene bastante cerca un 7-Eleven y un poco más arriba un FamilyMart, por lo que es sencillo hacer compras e incluso desayunar. Además, es bastante cómodo; en mi opinión, mucho mejor que un hotel.
