Super good experience

Pros: The room is super spacious and was pretty clean. Good closet and very new installations. The hotel is situated in a very convenient place, really close to Nakano Broadway. The views are beautiful.

Pros: The room is spacious and clean. There are plenty of spaces for 3 big luggages for our family of 4. It makes us feel at home.

Cons: It'd be great if there was a dinning table since there was a kitchen. There isn't any shelf or cabinet where we can place towels or clothes after shower.

Maximum cosiness and convenience

Pros: Really clean and really big compared to the other places we sourced. Very cosy and a walk away from the main shopping and food streets. Convenient to get around tokyo as well, 1 stop to shinjuku via a rapid service. Super homely

Relaxing apartment in a residential area

Pros: Overall very pleased with my stay. It's in a newer building with an elevator, so very convenient when carrying around a lot of luggage. It smells very clean and pleasant. The place is quite large, I would say 2-3 people can stay there comfortably. It's also well stocked with cooking supplies, although they don't provide detergent for the washing machine. The location could be a plus or a minus depending on what kind of person you are-it's about a 10-15 minute walk to nakano station and a 5 minute walk to the large shopping street 'Nakano Broadway', but the building itself is quite quiet and there's not much to do except eat in the direct vicinity, especially later at night (8pm onwards).
