Great location - suitable for families

Pros: Plenty of space and in a great location. Easy check in and check out.

Cons: The mattress on the big bed is very comfortable. I wish they had the same mattress on the smaller bed.

Pros: Large place considering japan easy access to metro and all places in Tokyo. Washing machine in place clean and nice.

Cons: There are not enough utensils (knife and cutting board etc) and plates/cups is plastic - would not take a much to put proper suff there a bit pity for such nice place. (small comment cleaning in bathroom can be better - sink was stuck due to hairs in)

A solid value due to location, cost and space. Overall positive experience.

Pros: The location was great for us, walkable expat neighborhood, close to transportation. Beds comfortable, rooms large. very clean building and apartment. Sofa converted into extra bed. Extra linens. Washer great, room dryer worked well. Not perfect but for the price was good. 2 kombini across the street. Good sound insulation from city noise. Had rice cooker. Wifi was very good.

Cons: Aircon in bedroom noisy, had to ask about turning on hot water, room dryer and bath fan. Room handout should include this information. Bedroom lacked bedtables, places to put clothes, put phone. TV had no hdmi inputs, couldn't attach my own streaming box. No way to make toast, only 1 pan for cooking, not a lot of western utensils, but National Azabu 2nd floor had the missing house goods. Rating would be higher with better instructions for water and washer dryer, another pan and a bedroom end table. The directions to get in and access are confusing and a local resident who is American was able to help us figure things out. The directions to access the building and to access the apartment could be improved because helpful residents may not always be available.

Cons: Был забит слив в ванной, вода не уходила, был вантуз в номере, но он не справлялся - так что хозяин наверняка знает о проблеме.

Pros: Względnie cicha okolica, vis a vis 7 eleven i Lawson

Cons: W obiekcie nie ma dwóch sypialni, jest jedna a drugie pomieszczenie to salon. Spałam więc na kanapie w salonie ale była wygodna. Na balkonach nie ma nic i jest zakaz wyniesienia tam czegokolwiek 🤢 W kuchni były plastikowe przybory tylko i kosz na śmieci z segregcja nie do ogarniecia 🤭

Pros: Very good location. Newly appointed, and very clean. Elevator was a nice feature.

Cons: The check in experience was a little confusing, but the wonderful customer service person stayed on the phone with me until we figured everything out.
