Pros: Very well located -very close to one station (3-4 min walk) and another 2 stations on different lines within 15 minute walk - very easy to get around. also only a short trip to Ueno and Tokyo stations - so handy for Shinkansen too. Quiet residential neighbourhood with good supermarket and 7-11 very close by. Recently refurbished accommodation which is well equipped. Maruko is very helpful and quick to assist with any queries. We'd happily stay here again if we're back in Tokyo :)

Stay Cozy was cozy & perfect for our week in Tokyo! I highly recommend it.

Pros: The location was fantastic and there was enough room for our family of 7 adults to stay comfortably. The host was very helpful & friendly.

Cons: Some of the mattresses were a little thin - this is normal in Japan ;)

Amazing in every way

Pros: Good location, quiet, supermarket and 7-11 minutes away. They have everything that you could possibly want in a holiday home. Kitchen/bathroom is well stocked and lots of cupboard space. We were a family of 7 and there was enough space for everyone.

Cons: Kids were a little less impressed with the bed softness. But I think that’s just Japanese beds.

Pros: The apartment is nice and comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay with kids. The location is great, close to the train station, grocery store and 7-11. The owner was very helpful and replied to our questions very quickly. I recommend it 100%😊

Perfect clean modern Tokyo accomodation!

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was super clean, modern, fantastic location close to Kami-nakazato station, supermarket and 7-11. The host was exceptional and extremely helpful. I would stay here again and recommend this accommodation to everyone. We have stayed in several houses in Japan on our trip and this was by far the best!

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like about this accom.

Pros: This is perfect home to stay in Japan with Family trip. This home has everything like hotel. The host provide necessary items. There are 4 rooms and 2 toilets in this home. There is a big kitchen and all equipments if you will have dinner at home. We stay five members 7 nights here. All electric devices are perfect. If you want to go Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukoro. Take JK line 1 stop at Tabatha station and change to JY line. There are 7-11 and supermarket near this home. Only 4-5minutes walk.

快適で立地もよく良かったです

Pros: 広く清潔で過ごしやすかったです駐車場が狭いとコメントにあったので覚悟していましたが、ファミリーカーでもぶつからないように外で見る人がいればすぐに停められました近くに駅が2つあり尾久駅から歩くと少し遠く夜は人通りが少なく怖く感じました上中里駅からは近くコンビニの前も通るし良かったです

Cons: 鍵のパスワードの連絡が予定の時間になく電話で問い合わせてからメールが届いきました
