Evergreen hotel ichigaya

Pros: location is good ,you can go to Shinjuku and the other downtown by the MRT

Cons: NO Elevator, if you carry big size luggages, It's a bit inconvenient not having an elevator.

Pros: Centrally located with 2 Tokyo Metro Lines within a 5 min walk. There was also a drug store and multiple convenient stores nearby. The room was huge for the 2 of us and large overall compared to most Japanese apartments. Having laundry and a kitchen was a huge bonus.

Pros: Thank you for the staying. The location was in a quiet neighbourhoud and close to the metro station. The appartment was super clean and cozy. The only thing we missed was a butterknife for spalming butter on our bread. We will recommend your place for sure.

Nice apartment

Pros: Apartment was perfect-clean, warm, with washing machine, a big fridge and a comfortable table to eat.

Cons: There’s no elevator to the 3rd floor (2nd floor for Europeans), which can be a hassle when you have heavy luggage. One odd thing about the bedsheets: they were synthetic and gave me a lot of static electricity every time I used them.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It’s close to the train station with Family Mart, 7 Eleven nearby, and some restaurant

Pros: The apartment is very well located, and it is fully equipped. Everything is calculated in order to make the most of every square meter.

Cons: There are no negative notes. Whenever we needed something, the managers responded immediately and solved the problem.

Cons: It would be helpful to have a suggested setting or some instructions on how to use the dryer.

Nice stay at Ichigaya

Pros: The apartment met all our expectations, it was very, very clean, very silent and practical, and spacious for a Tokyo apartment. The location was good, the train and metro stations were close, and there was also a shop nearby. Please note that there is no elevator to access the apartment, for this room you have to walk up 3 floors with narrow stairs with your suitcases - it wasn't a problem for us though!

Lovely place to stay

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and had all the facilities we required. There was also an instruction booklet in English to help us work out how to use the facilities. Finding the building and gaining access to our room was very simple and helpful instructions were provided to us in plenty of time. The location was very convenient with a Family Mart just down the road, along with other useful stores and the train station only a short walk away.

Cons: There were no knives and no toaster, but I am guessing this is normal and we, as Australians, are just used to having access to these things.

Pros: The apartment is in the quiet Ichigaya district, a few hundred metres from the subway/rail station Ichigaya with good connections to all places in Tokyo. The apartment had at the entrance a small and practical storage room, a seperate toilet, a separate shower room, a breakfast/dinner table, and to our surprise two very large double beds and at night it was very quiet. With the 2 locking systems very safe too. We staid there for 5 nights and when we return, we would like to stay again in this facility.
