Pros: Extremely comfortable and functional for one person! Could be a little tight for two if you are staying longer. Excellent location with very easy transport connections. I would be happy to stay here again.
Cons: A little more information about local rules (garbage sorting) would be helpful!

Pros: You have all the necessary for the stay. Good comunication with the owner and very fast response. Close from metro and train station (Takadanobaba) and you can sleep well, not a noisy area. 2 min walking fron a Family Mart and 7 eleven. We would be back for sure.

Pros: We enjoyed the stay in the apartment. We also stayed in 2 other places in Tokyo and this was way the best, considering value for the price. The location was very good, close to subway, quiet, as well as the size of the apartment
Cons: It would be useful to have some English guide, e.g. for the washing machine, or wifi which didnt work when we arrived but just needed to plug in some cables and turn on, but you dont want to deal with this when arriving :)

Perfect stay!
Pros: The location was so perfect, with everything walking distance (subway, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops) and just 2 stops away from Shinjuku station. The place was perfect for us (2 people), clean, the beds are comfortable, the host replied to all my questions quickly and very kind. I really recommend this place and we would definitely book it again!!

Pros: 주변 역 등에서 다소 거리(700 m 정도)가 있긴 하지만 접근성이 아주 좋은 편이었습니다. 숙소 주변이 조용하고 안전한 곳 입니다. 주변에 맛집이 여러 곳이 있어 구글맵 등을 이용하여 검색하면 적당한 곳을 찾을 수 있습니다. 숙소에 주방, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 식기 등이 잘 갖춰져 있어 주변 마트에서 장을 보고 숙소에서 식사해도 좋을 것 같습니다. 와이파이 속도도 아주 훌륭합니다.
Cons: 숙소는 4층이고, 엘리베이터가 없어 무거운 짐이 있다면 계단 이용시 불편할 수 있지만, 딱히 다른 불편한 사항은 없었던 것 같습니다.

Gemütliche, japanische Wohnung mit Flair
Pros: Die Lage war einmal top, wir hatten nur paar Minuten zum Appartement eine top Station, um überall ganz bequem zu gelangen. Es war soweit alles sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, auch konnte ich direkt super im Bett nächtigen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Es war alles da, was man für 2 Wochen als Paar benötigt hat, Waschmaschine war besonders praktisch und auch sonst funktionierte alles top. 4 Stock ohne Aufzug war vollkommen ok, hatten wir gut bewältigt. :) Arigatou Gozaimasu für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. ♡
Cons: Dafür kann das Appartement nichts, aber leider war jeden frühen Morgen direkt Baustelle, ich hoffe für die Nächsten ist es vorbei. ;) Ein paar Handtücher mehr hätten wir schon gebrauchen können, mussten recht oft waschen. Platz war gerade so ok für ein Paar, niemals würde ich die Wohnung für 3 Menschen empfehlen - wir mussten gut planen, wo wir etwas von unseren Einkäufen abstellen. Ausblick war auch nicht mein Geschmack, zumal man direkt auch die Nachbarn frontal gesehen hatte, aber wir waren fast nur unterwegs, es war ok. :)

Pros: Really close to Shinjuku, making it very easy to visit the big city and experience the nightlife.
Cons: Place was a bit cramped for 2 people, but we made it work as best we could.
