Waseda Star New Open Station 2 Minutes

Pros: This apartment just got renovated, everything is new. You can have a very pleasant and private living time, especially when you have a group of more than 3 persons. There are two rooms, each room has two double beds, you can leave one side of a bed for your luggage. Overall, this is a good place to stay in Tokyo.

Cons: Bedroom is a little bit too small for tall and big guys.

Pros: The location was really convenient five minutes away from underground! Everything inside the house was new, clean and fresh! We really enjoyed that there was a washing machine. It’s very convenient to check in without stuff you are not limited by time! We enjoy our stay at Waseda star!

Pros: Perfectly quiet, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very spacious. Close to the Waseda line so travelling around Tokyo was cheap and easy.

Cons: It’s worth noting that there is no lift so if you have a disability you will need to navigate the stairs.

Pros: The property just lovely. It’s a great location, right by a train station that can take you pretty much anywhere. The apartment is very comfortable and an excellent size. The double bed is the probably the comfiest I’ve slept in, could not recommend this place enough while you’re in Japan. The staff are also very responsive!

Cons: Nothing, it’s a fantastic apartment. When I return to Tokyo I’ll be booking here!

Pros: Clean and convenient. It was a comfortable stay, the location is good too although it's a few metro stations away from the city centre.

Cons: The staircases are facing the road outside which makes us feel a bit uncomfortable because we're used to having a main gate in front of the building, but maybe it's just the way back home.

Pros: 101号室に２人で２泊しました。 何よりも水まわりが綺麗でした。 清掃も完璧で、ホコリも皆無。 スタッフの対応がスムーズ。

Cons: 全体的に大満足ですが、 更に良くなっていただきたいという思いから、些細な指摘を。 上の階の方の階段の昇り降りの音は、スーツケースを運ぶためでしょうね、結構響きました。無音にしてると、お部屋を歩く音はしますが、音楽流してれば全く気にならず。近所にある消防所？のサイレンは数回。上の方のマナーも良かったんだと思います。 101号室のカトラリーのセットは８セット。キッチンにハンドソープと水切りカゴがあれば、と思いました。電子レンジの位置が高過ぎて、汁物をこぼさないか、心配でした。海外の方には問題ないかもしれませんが。 掃除機は共用のものを貸与してもらえますが（使用せず）連泊だったので、クイックルワイパーの本体が室内にあれば、ささっと床を掃除できて楽だった、と思いました。 101号室にあるテレビは、１チャンネルと４チャンネルと時々５チャンネルの電波が弱め。ブースターを入れてもいいかも。TVは普段はあまり見ないのですが、オリンピックの時期だったからたまたま見たい競技があり、気付きました。 チェックアウト時間は11時。 お部屋の約款には10時とありましたが、スタッフの方の細やかな連絡で、11時まで安心して過ごせました。 それから、身分証のアップロード時の個別番号等は不要、塗りつぶしOKについては説明文に明記しておいた方がいいと思います。宿泊前という事もあり、一瞬、信用して良いものか、不安になりました。

WORTH THE STAY! If you need space for you and your multiple luggage, definitely book here.

Pros: The location was perfect! Having train station within a walking distance is very convenient as we used the subways going around Tokyo. Drug store, grocery and necessity stores are a PLUS! Sometimes, we need to buy something such as medicines or stuff that are not in the apartment. Very convenient to have them near our accommodation. We saved more going to the grocery store for water bottles and food rather than buying them in konbini all the time. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Cons: Not much, other than we can hear people from the outside walking by and within the walls. Not much soundproofing in my opinion.
