Lovely flat in great location

Pros: Loved the location. It was such a hidden gem. Apartment was easy to find and access and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Clean and well placed hotel

Pros: Good location, easy check in and early check in available as well. Really cozy Japanese style apartment.

Cons: Lack of an elevator makes moving luggage between floors slightly difficult

Great stay

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is in a cool area with a local life style feel. It was clean and compact, close to many amenities, has air con. Some nice cafes around and great food options beneath the train tracks. If you into listening to vinyl music we found cool bars called The Blue Velvet and Sub Store . We couldn’t hear neighbouring rooms but if when open the window can hear the cars , but if you get air plugs and use the air con you’ll be fine. I liked the bed it was so comfy and good size for 2 people. Also a bonus that there was a washing machine and a fridge

Great area to stay in Japan, accommodation has everything you need, it’s comfortable and the price is very reasonable

Pros: The location was great for us. The accommodation is well appointed and the pride was great

Cons: There were no cups/mugs so we bought 2 and left them at the apartment. There seems to be a lot of fluff/dust and nothing to brush/vacuum it up with.

Really enjoyed staying here!

Pros: Clean, comfortable and only 500m from Koenji station, relaxing walk or 600yen in a taxi. Convenience store close by and a grocery shop. Lots of different shops in Koenji, excellent food. Very close to Jirokichi Blues entertainment venue, operating for over 50 years.

Cons: elevator for travelers who may find it difficult going up and down stores

Local living in a no frills apartment - I liked it better than similar priced hotels!

Pros: A return back to my old neighbourhood. It is a no frills type of stay similar to if you had a rental apartment in Koenji. The price was affordable and they provide facilities to cook your own meal.

Cons: If you are carrying a heavy suitcase there is no elevator so be prepared to carry them up quite a few flight of stairs.

Great place to stay

Pros: Very responsive host, clean property and excellent location - very well connected. Host let me check in early which was very much appreciated, especially after a 24 hour journey. Highly recommend, would stay again. Thank you :)
