Overall good, will recommend to friends and family

Pros: Clean, comfortable bedding, pleasant place to stay

Cons: Not enough instruction in English: we are familiar with lifestyle in Japan including Japanese native and fluent Japanese speaker but if the guests don’t have prior knowledge/experience living in Japan or understanding the language, they will encounter some difficulties

ほぼ満足のいく内容だった。また利用する機会があるなら利用したい。

Pros: 事前に鍵の番号を教えていただいていたのでスムーズに入室することができた。最寄り駅の上北沢駅にはスーパーもあるので買い物には困らなかった。２日間の連泊だったが事前に連絡するとタオルを２日分用意してくれていた。

Cons: ２段別途の昇降設備が一部壊れていたのですこし危険と感じた。
