Pros: We had a great stay and would definitely give this place a 10/10. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, clear, and very helpful. The location is outstanding and couldn’t be more convenient. Kabukicho is a vibrant and interesting neighborhood, yet the apartment is set slightly back from the main streets, making it very quiet and comfortable at night. There are many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Considering Tokyo’s space standards, especially in such a central area, the apartment size was very good and allowed us to comfortably open and organize our luggage. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Pros: Great location easy access to train station and subway lines

Cons: Wasn’t the easiest to find when we first arrived. Probably my own fault for not reading the instructions well enough

Pros: Pleasant stay and had a good experience though there were some issues with the wifi initially it was resolved quickly after chatting with the owner

Not a bad place to stay

Pros: Manager answering the message really fast and trying best to solve the problem. The location is good. If you imagine a good quality hotel, this may not be the place, but if you don't mind with some what low quality and local old building vibe, this could be a good place to experience.

Cons: The facility itself is a bit old, and part of the hotel is broken. The way of claim and returning key process is very risky, which makes me feel nervous.

Cons: The shower room is a little bit smaller than I previously thought.
