Super friendly, comfortable & helpful perfect stay for our family of 4!

Pros: Great for families - everything we needed. We had a 4 and 6 year old. The top bunk bed options were a huge hit for us. Super convenient close to Tokyo station and Hatchobori/ Ginza area.

Cons: Nothing.

We love the Mimaru hotels they’re all amazing! They’re expensive but worth it for families

Pros: Hatchobori is on the side of Tokyo closer to Shibuya etc. It’s more white collar workers in Hatchobori. It has great access to stations and great family restaurants like Gustos. Staff are amazing and rooms were comfortable

Pros: The location was great. Quiet but closer enough to the metro, and closer enough to get wherever you want to go.

Cons: we did the special Pokémon room, and that was lots of fun for our son.

Good location to be central to many sight seeing opportunities. Helpful staff. Very firm beds.

Pros: Nice quieter part of Tokyo, but it is in a key location to travel short distances to get to the heart of May tourist attractions. Great friendly staff, helpful in every way.

Cons: Beds are hard, even for those in our family who love a firm bed. Unfortunately our worst sleep in Japan. Staff lovely and accommodating with a request for softer blankets to lay on, but a mattress topper would have helped.

Lovely staff, spacious room (for Tokyo), great location!

Pros: The staff were fantastic and always ready to help - big shout out to Daniel on the front desk, who was always smiling. The front desk also helped us with luggage forwarding, local information and arranging a Taxi to the station to catch the Shinkansen. Really nice to have a lounge area to hang out in and have breakfast, whilst watching TV.

Cons: The phone in the room was broken for a few days (wouldn't charge) but the front desk replaced this quickly once we raised this with them. The soundproofing could also be improved as we could hear one of the children in an adjacent room running around in the early morning, which would wake us all up.

Pros: Room layout was great. Clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good value for money compared with the more fun areas of Tokyo

Cons: The area wasn’t for us. We previously stayed in Shibuya and this area felt a bit dull in comparison.

Pros: Location near by the metro and train station. Restaurants around the hotel. Size of the room, kitchen corner. Kids love “double decker” beds.

Cons: Early check out, and charges for late check out. Anyway, Staff was trying the best.
